I understand that Shots Box is not necessarily responsible once they pass along shipments to the regional carriers. But I was charged $20/shipment (by Shots Box) on 11 different shipments, and the regional carriers you all used were low-budget, poor customer-service companies. Of the 11 different shipments, only 6 made it to their destination. To pay that amount on shipping, I would expect prompt, on time delivery.

Credit to Kendra M. on the customer service side at Shots Box. She was very responsive and although most of our problems were out of her control, she provided good customer service.

This was a gift but the recipient was very excited! loved everything it included - the tasting glass, note book, and all of the different whiskey samples.

I purchased Willie’s Devil’s Brigade Whiskey, Willie’s Huckleberry Sweet Cream Liqueur. Shopping from Shots Box website was easy and my package was delivered timely and without issue. I upgraded the packaging for a very nominal amount and it was worth it as my bottles arrived safely and sercurly packed. I saved the bottle bags for use when I fly for my suitcase.
