Dr. Phillip Smith was really friendly, polite and informative about my illness and explained different medications and remedies that will help manage the symptoms. I was really happy with his service. The advice was really helpful.

So easy to get an appointment and talk to a real person plus so much cheaper than trying to get a doctors appointment.

Philip is very professional, gives helpful advice and is thorough. The call was on time and the follow up paperwork is detailed. It is also a great service so that when you are sick, you do not have to go out.

This is such a great service! Philip was awesome, he gave me really great advice on how to manage my child symptoms - he followed up with an email listing everything that we had spoken about over the phone.
He called exactly at the time that I booked (most of the services of used you have to wait so long to get a phone call back from the doctor).

As a mum of 4 young kids this service just made my life a whole lots easier!

I think this is a great idea to be able to collect a medical certificate from Philip for a reasonable price instead of going to your doctor and paying $60+ when you know all you need is just rest.

The last thing you want to do when your sick is trot off to the doctors office with a waiting room full of potentially sick people.

Using this method I could ask advice, keep my PJs on & stay in the comfort of my home. I knew I had the flu, getting rest & fluids the only cure but work requires a doctors certificate.

Philip is personable as well as informative, giving me options of medicine and signs to look out for in case I needed to go into a medical office.
