Ultimate service and help. Found Simon Demon in Tiverton, Somerset a few weeks ago👍😁. Went down to view racing SIM rigs. Eventually chose PSR1 rig. Tried it out on a race night at Le Mans. Used a Moza set up. Absolutely brilliant. Jakob set me up best seating, wheel and pedals positions I've ever had. After 2 hours if practice an racing no aches or pains 😁👍. Jakob, Mathew and Paul ( the boss 😂) we're absolutely brilliant. Found out all my needs and requirements, as I suffer with fibromyalgia, great try before you buy was spot on. The helpfulness and product knowledge is excellent and are even helping me to set up my PC etc. The whole experience has been stress free and my rug has just been delivered. Brilliant guy's, thank you for making old man happy🤣. Will recommend you to everyone 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 👍😁😎

I ordered a Fanatec BMW M4 GT3 Wheel from SimDemon last week. Sadly, I was not able to update it to the latest firmware (an issue known for this wheel that I was unaware of when ordering). I contacted SimDemon on the same day of the item being delivered (Saturday afternoon, when they are closed). Within 3 working days, they arranged collection, received the item, tested it and fixed the issue. I was put off by this (Fanatec's fault) and they understood my concern and processed a full refund for me.

Safe to say, I will always buy my sim gear from this company going forward and 100% recommend it to everyone if they want to enjoy simracing worry-free!
