Simple Quarters Avis

This company has no concept of keeping their marketing data clean. They send an offer soliciting for a listing to my DEAD father. He has been DEAD for three years. I no longer have parents and these people don't even have the decency to check their marketing list for people who have been DEAD for THREE Freaking years. I am a Licensed Realtor and these kind of crappy fly by night practices are what cause the first recession and if you do business with them you invite the next one.

When I called the Customer service rep did apologize and agree to remove my address, however she was unable/unwilling to provide the source for my dead father's name being targeted.

Simple Quarters has built a business with core beliefs in treating their customers fair and with integrity. Through my personal business interaction with them, they have continued to reflect this with their promptness, professionalism, and follow up to make sure the process was smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciated their efforts and continue to look forward with future business ventures!

After four years in the buis I will say Simple Quarters is the most prompt and easy to work with. I look forward to doing many more deals together in the future!

With the exception of the name spell. You guys are awesome. Look forward to more deals coming soon

Super easy process! The guys at Simple Quarters/Wholesaling walked me through every step. Great experience for my first time buying!

Excellent service. Very ethical, honest, upfront and easy to work with.

I can't wait to work with this company again. Brett and Alex are great at what they do.

Great turnaround and fast closing! Thank you.

Simple Quarters do organized good business.

Would have been 5 stars, but realtor was difficult to contact some times. Otherwise a good experience. Could have been more upfront with closing costs on a land contract, but was worth it in the end

Great group. Trustworthy and completely transparent.

Fair and effortless transaction. Thank you!

Always a great experience working with Simple Quarters and will continue working with them in the future.

I had lost my dad over last summer, he had owned a house and I didn't know what I was going to do with it, I called these people and they told me they would handle everything and they did. A week to a week and a half later it was all done.

Thus far including my initial contact they have been professional, timely, cooperative, understanding with our requests. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My Wife and I were looking for our next home, but we're in the unique position of needing a home we could work on to make our own while preparing our current home for market. Knowing it would be difficult to to qualify for two simultaneous mortgages a land contract for deed fixer upper filled the bill.
After a lot of research and a lot of horror stories we began working with Randy from simple quarters. Not only was the property exactly as presented it was priced correctly without the typical inflated pricing of a contract purchase. The understanding, constant communication and simple closing made our purchase less stressful than a typical wall mart checkout. Their use of an escrow company for the duration of the contract fair interest rate and overall service puts simple quarters head and shoulders above anyone we have dealt with. Thank you Simple Quarters for helping us achieve our goals. Ron and Jill Herndon.

Great experience with this team. Will do business with you again!

Once again, tremendous to work with, thanks guys!

The group at Simple were great to work with. Timely with any response and flexible in getting the transaction closed. I have worked with them in the past and I'm sure I will in the future.
