I had a house that needed work to sell
I had a house I wanted to sell and even though I hold a valid real estate license it was more important for me to spend time with family rather than deal with selling on my own. So, I reached out to Simple Quarters in order to sell fast. Within 24 hours we received an all cash offer which we accepted. I have to say these guys are truly great. They did exactly what they said they would do. They seriously went above and beyond what I could have expected. There are few house buying companies I trust because there are so many. Simple Quarters are a breath of fresh air in this business. They are honorable, dependable, and you can trust them. They have earned our trust and our business. We will forever be glad we went to them to sell our rental property.
