Don't go near this firm wish I had read the reviews before I used them never return phone calls or email cost me a lot of money firmly believe it was sold just on a commission basis when a professional comes in your home and tells you this is best for you put there trust in them you agree and sign what a big mistake on our part please read reviews but every consider using them we started with this company September 2025 and still having big problems with them

Excellent service by Joe. Was polite and helpful at all times and I would recommend this service to other people.

I had an appointment this morning with Gavin from Simpler Law. He was a very nice gentleman, I didn't feel rushed. I asked questions and didn't feel as if I was asking something silly. He explained, took his time with me and went through everything clearly. Would highly recommend.

Swift process. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Completely stress free.

Absolutely appalling service, waited over an hour for the allocated solicitor to call us as her client before us ran over their time. Finally get to talk to her when the phone line played up, so we lost connection....waited several minutes for her to call us back and nothing....I ended up calling the company to be told she was with her next appointment...so, we have waited over an hour for our appointment but she couldn't make her next client wait for our appointment to go ahead....now don't forget we have already paid £98 ...so when I asked for a refund I was told...certainly it will be processed immediately...over a week now and yes you guessed it.....NOTHING....and I doubt we will ever see our money again....absolutely stay away from this company.....

Luke was very informative, he took time to explain everything and gave me the opportunity to ask as many questions as I wanted. I look forward to speaking with him again.

I had a lovely gentleman called Michael who helped me through this journey and made it a nice and pleasant experience. I have never done this before and was a bit worried but Michael made me at ease right away and was ever so helpful. I would definitely recommend your company to other people.

The process was clear, crisp and far from a rushed, pushy process. The initial consultation answered with ease some complex issues I had and was all wrapped up in a excellent price. Sam the consultant was exceptional.

Very pleasant call handler was busy at time of initial call he suggested call me back in 30 mins which he did guided me through the procedure couldn’t fault anything
