I’m using the property documents. I have found them to be informative and comprehensive. However, I’m using a mac and Pages rather than Microsoft word. It would be great if there was a Pages version.

The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. My only gripe was the website itself, it was extremely confusing, but we got there in the end. The pricing and Ts and Cs are excellent. I downloaded pet sitting and dog walking, but these really need to be amalgamated as I'm having to do that manually and it's taking forever - the payment clauses take a bit of brain power to figure out. I also have to find and add terms for the pet transport side of my business which will be challenging. There could do with being a document that covers all pet services b2c and also one including pet transport for b2b & b2c, as I can't find anything relating to pet transport anywhere. The 4 stars is for the website and lack of other pet service documents.

However, we are currently working on restructuring the presentation of the content which we hope will improve this issue and improving the Search function to help short cut the navigation.

Downloaded the employment element
Downloaded the employment element - but struggling to actually download the documents to use them, cant use the documents for the purpose intended - no help on the website visible - so very disappointed
UPDATE: This has now been resolved quickly so happy with the way in which my complaint was rectified

Worth many, many times the cost. Even if in the end you don’t use a particular precedent, it and the associated notes will have given you an invaluable primer on the commercial and legal issues implicit in the underlying transaction which you may be contemplating.

Risk Assessments are not good enough (edit at the end of the review)
I recently paid for the health and safety suite so that I could download some rams.However, the risk assessments were not fit for purpose and did not itemise enough risks/hazards. For example, scaffolding only has four, bricklaying only has four, and digging in excavations only has three!!
Unfortunately, none of the rams were good enough to meet any of my client's expectations so I had to write them all myself from scratch which made the purchasing from SimplyDocs a pointless exercise.
Edit: Since writing this, I have been contacted by the company's owner. He has dealt with my complaint in an extremely timely and professional manner. After a chat, he agreed that some risk assessments needed to be more in-depth and has made a plan to amend them where necessary.
Although my experience wasn't what I was looking for, I can wholeheartedly commend them on their quick response and desire to ensure that going forward their risk assessments will have sufficient information.
