I’m using the property documents. I have found them to be informative and comprehensive. However, I’m using a mac and Pages rather than Microsoft word. It would be great if there was a Pages version.

Lots of other documents that will be handy in the future. A worthwhile investment for a small one-off annual payment.

Really great precedents and information for DIY legal documents
I have used Simply Docs for a number of years now. Really helpful for straight forward legal document precedents where you don't need specific advice for a specialist area. Easy to use and understand. The library has gone on growing with more and more useful precedents on offer.

Trusts section needed
I do not use it on regular basis but is always helpful for basic legal documents. The guidance is good with sub contracts etc. A section on declaration of trusts would be very helpful. Especially your guidance and explanation should make it very handy and useful.

Simply-Docs are the best thing since sliced bread!
I don't use it often, but always comes in handy when I need a contract. Their property section, which I have subscribed to on this account, has some excellent guidance on the latest laws and how to comply with those.
I would give them 6-stars if only they could make a folder related to each type of lease/rental with all the documents required to get started.
