Management is beyond terrible
Management is beyond terrible. Client for several years but a billing issue and customer service mismanagement caused me to cancel service. Problem started in May and is not resolved and without refund. Rude personnel. Terrible!!!!!

No service for us
No service for us. We called to ask if it was available, they had us hold so they could make sure we could get service and we were told yes. A couple of days later the technician called to tell us we were not eligible.

Thank you for your interest in Simply Bits services. We work off a line of site system, we do have a tower in your area, but unfortunately your address is a bit too far from that tower to provide service. We apologize for the miscommunication on serviceability.

My first time using Microwave internet…
My first time using Microwave internet but it delivers the goods. No buffer at all. I like the fact it is just like CenturyLink bcz the Brand names that use cable slow down on weekends but not this service. 5 stars so far. Keep up the good internet service Simply bits. It’s a tad more expensive but blows away Hughes Net and the other Satellite companies by far far far. Don’t get stuck with slow satellite! Get something that will perform everyday! Simply simply Bits.

Great customer service!!!
Talked to real people. Tanya, in the sales dept., was very friendly and helpful. Jay, the technician who came to do the signal signal sighting and installation was friendly, helpful, listened to the guidelines provided, and did his best to do meet my needs!! Very knowledgeable and insightful! Thank you, Simply Bits!!
