Simply Waste Solutions has its pros and cons. While some staff are friendly and helpful, their service can be inconsistent. Missed collections, poor communication, and unaddressed issues have caused frustration. Changes in suppliers and unresolved problems like uncollected bins and overcharging add to the disappointment. Needs improvement to regain trust.

Do not employ this company to empty your bins. After being with Sensa for over 5 years, almost 5.5 yrs we encountered many issues with bins not being collected, i would be ringing almost weekly to find out the issues, driver sick, roads busy, weather bad blah blah, then when it had not been emptied the week after it would be over the weight so they would then charge us the additional ! We even have CCTV footage of the drivers going through our waste checking what it was! So we cancelled the contract and guess what, now they want to take us to court!! For not paying an apparent Breach of contract payment of £642.60 for terminating the contract.
After 5.5 years and almost £12,000 we have paid you, your company treats your customers like this. it is shameful!! I have never heard of a rolling contract that lasts for eternity as apparently Sensa waste ones do so for anyone signing up please read it very carefully !!! Do not be fooled

A customer of this company left heavy bags of glass outside a residential block, and across the street. Not collected for days, and no response from company who have changed phone numbers. Now Biffa Waste Management
No better than fly-tippers

Atrocious service.
We are a commercial food production customer dependent on a reliable waste removal service, but we have faced too many missed collections. One or two days may be acceptable but 12 days is completely ridiculous, considering we are scheduled for 3 times a week!! Customer service is not reliable and have not given reliable updates, always stating they are “in the area”, causing us to give them the benefit of the doubt, only to be disappointed day after day.
Not only has this caused us a terrible reputation with our street, but it is a serious violation of the general health and safety obligations we have to our staff and our neighbors! What’s more ridiculous is that they will lock you into a contract with a huge penalty charges despite the unreliable service. DO NOT RISK IT!

Absolutely atrocious company - AVOID

We moved to Simply Waste as they offered competitive and at the time had good reviews. The first month or so, couldn't fault the service. Then we had lots of collections missed due with various excuses. They then claimed that their drivers were refusing to collect as they struggled to get down the road. The business has been there for 40 years and it's never been a problem. Terrible customer service when calling to complain and no apologies. When speaking to the drivers they are also very rude and dismissive. We gave up trying to find a solution, went back to SUEZ and never had a problem since. Maybe they need to teach their drivers, how to drive...

Disastrous after sales service.
Another example of a promising sales team which seemed to meet all your needs. However 3 months down the line several weeks of collections missed but still issued full invoices. When queried they would provide the worse excuses. Now we escalated the issue and discovered that they have a severe lack of drivers, this confirmed by Bartek Wisniewsky. They have now informed us that due to this issue, they can only collect our bins around 7pm and, as it is rush hour, the driver can't always turn into the ally way to collect bins, even though all other neighbouring, businesses get their waste collected by other providers, with no issue. Avoid avoid avoid, they will take your money until problems arise and as they can't resolve will offer a cancelation of your contract without any penalty.

i have a shop and took out a contract with this company last month (E17 area ) first of all i had no bin for more than week as they said they could not find the shop in London with 15 other bins around, i had to make VIDEO to show them how to go down a road smdh, now the bin has not be emptied for two weeks, everyday i phone they have a new excuses as to why the bin has not been emptied driver problems control problems can not find the shop it etc (what happened to the video ??) now i phone and as soon as i get put through and they look into the case the phone goes dead, all i want is what am paying for and am not getting it,i have now had to seek legal advice or i will be fined by the council for not having proper waste control in place.

During the last months, every week the waste collection truck from Simply comes to our neighbours at 2-3 AM; creating a lot of noise while collecting rubbish. Can you please operate in the normal working hours?

Terrible company if you value your business choose another company. They never collect on time and give terrible excuses. Customer service is a joke. Week after week late collections. They have been taken over by Biffa and the staff just don’t care anymore.

We were working for a year then they have changed the supplier. New supplier has brought a new bin(which is smaller than our agreement) but no one collected the old one which is full with rubbish. I have called several times(which takes ages to talk customer service), customer service team is always answering with same sentence, "We reserve a collection for you on XXX date". I have heard same sentence for a 6 times but still nothing happened. Also the new supplier brought a small bin but company still charging me for a bigger bin. Totally mess and there is no one actually trying to help you.

I am trying to contact them since few days now, after some no shows from their collecting services. We are a busy restaurant with lot of waste... Thanks !

Have been using Simply for many years now for sites all over the UK, there communication is always great, Delivery on time and Prices are competitive. Overall a great supplier to deal with never had any issues, Highly recommended, their staff are always willing to go the extra bit to help.
