Sinclair Cars Avis 3

A taxi was booked for 4 of us by hotel. Taxi arrived and took us to ABBA Voyage. On way nearly crashed turning right in front of another car. On arrival driver demanded cash. £10 per person. Even though original quote was £15 in total. Return journey driver informed office of what had happened but we have not had any response from company . We as a group of women felt very intimidated and put on the spot especially as we were not familiar with London taxis. However we now know we should have refused as their card states all taxis carry card machines. And £40 cash for that journey absolute rip off.

Never on time, usually smell, and none of them can drive... Wear your seatbelt!

Today's driver or LO67 FZP; If stench of body odour isn't enough to make you sick, or him coughing his lungs up, then his driving certainly will... Good luck!

The guy has now probably given me whatever he has got just in time for Xmas.

I booked a ride for my wife and toddler through Cabhit and the service was unsafe and very stressful and not at all what we expected,

The driver seemed unable to drive with due care and attention, almost crashing 3 times.

The number sent through for driver contact didn't work - apparently they weren't a taxi driver.

Nobody met my wife in arrivals (why I booked through Cabhit) - and then they spent half an hour trying to find each other - after a transatlantic flight with a toddler+ bags you can see how this wasn't ideal and not what I paid for.

The car was different from what was mentioned in the driver allocation email.

The driver also then demanded payment for parking. All in all a very unsafe and not at all what we expected.

When we complained they made up information (no idea why!?) The response from Sinclair Cars is aberrant, misogynistic and just plain false. This is a safety issue and one that should be taken seriously. They've completely ignored my wife's complaint.

DO NOT USE
