Bought my BYD Seal U DM-i - Love it
Bought my BYD Seal U DM-i early this month, the showroom staffs were really helpful and sorted everything quickly without any hassle. Thank you Maria. Car is brilliant — drives really smooth and quiet, and I am hardly using any petrol around Swansea, so saving a lot of money. Thank you Sinclair BYD Swansea

The sort of service you do not get these day
I am compelled to write a review following a visit to the BYD franchise in Swansea that my wife and I made. Our visit to BYD was by chance as we have already visited another car company the week before where we received extremely poor service and walked away. On arrival at the BYD site in Swansea we were met by Elliot, a very pleasant and professional young man who took us on a test drive and we loved the car. On our return we were ready to commit but my wife did mention that she liked the slightly bigger BYD Seal U but in black, we wanted a nearly new, then the manager Martin stepped in and said "let me find one for you", well after a coffee and a lot of banter Martin was true to his word and we signed up there and then and we await collection next week. I admit I have been a bit of an annoyance chasing the car as I am really looking forward to driving it. Both Elliot and Martin have been fantastic and the reason we decided to purchase. It is the sort of service you hope for but rarely find these days. Thank you both so much.
