Very helpful. Booked in early and was no problem at all. Offered coffee while I waited. Vehicle ready on time and all beautifully washed. All members of staff friendly and obliging.

Mark collected our car to take it for a service. He arrived on time as arranged, leaving us with a complimentary courtesy car. Our car was serviced and returned the next day with the minimum of fuss as we have always experienced over the many years of dealing with Land Rover Hay- On-Wye.

Another thoughtfully planned and perfectly executed car service with excellent communication throughout. The mini valet and car wash is also a nice touch. I was also offered the choice to wait in the lounge area - light and airy with complimentary hot drinks, snacks and a range of up to date magazines.

Very happy with the level of service .
Very happy with the level of service , Spencer Perks spent time with me on the first visit when I explained we had not made a decision to buy and whether we would go new or second hand .
On our second visit by appointment we were offered test drives in 2 different vehicles and then Spencer spent plenty of time reviewing new and used cars that might suit our needs before we made our purchase . His service was first class .
Our only slight disappointment was to subsequently find out the car had 4 previous owners , which we feel should have been made clear and explained in the process.

Defender purchase
Purchased a Landrover defender from Dave Haynes at the Hay branch. Found the entire process to be professional and very helpful. Pick up and handover was smooth and the vehicle was gleaming on pick up. Would highly recommend this dealership and the salesman.

Changing our veihicle
We bought our first Discivery sport from Sinclair Swansea, this time we went to Hay on Wye as it’s closer to us. The vehicle went in for a service and I mentioned we were thinking of changing it. Adrian was extremely helpful in finding us different options to look at. When we finally decided on a car he was really helpful and swift at getting things sorted for us.
