Worst handover I have ever had having…
Worst handover I have ever had having spent £80k i was an inconvenience to them. The things I need to know i will sort on the Internet because their product knowledge is minus 100%. Luckily I was exchanging for the same model car but newer. Dreadful experience last car i buy with Sinclair Landrover.

Just not up to standard for premium brand,
The vehicle was not ready for collection when agreed, items agreed to be done were not done, more delays.
The underside of the engine had a protective cover held on with a piece of tape and when I arrived home was hanging off. The engine bay needed cleaning which I have now had done. For a vehicle just over a year very disappointing.
I have had Land Rover sports for years and this was by far the worst experience by far.
Contacted the dealer as advised in there reply and have not had any reply, again disappointing

We have owned many Landrovers
We have owned many Landrovers. Last year we went into a VW. 12 months later we had to return to Landrover, for a couple of months unsure what to buy, Lewis was very patient! Knowledgeable and friendly. Picked up a new Discovery sport on Saturday. Would highly recommend Sinclair, especially Lewis and his manager Cam. First class!

A very big thank to Ryan at Sinclair for making the purchase of our new Landrover Discovery so easy and enjoyable!
From allowing us to test drive several different vehicles, to providing a variety of information on specifications & pricing options as well as a lovely cup of coffee and cake! Ryan & those at Sinclair really made us feel welcome and a valued customer from the moment we walked into the showroom and gave us the space to make an informed purchase.
On the lead up to receiving the vehicle communication was clear and all paperwork was sent electronically which made sorting this out very easy.

The after sales department at Sinclair…
The after sales department at Sinclair JLR Swansea was superb. My car went in as a recovery and Rob the service manager dealt with it straight away. He listened to all my concerns and put my mind at rest, that despite the breakdown team telling me they couldn’t resolve or locate a part he would be able to and get it done at the quickest turnaround possible. The welcome I had when I stepped foot in the garage was second to none on collecting the car. Row was super helpful and friendly and thorough with going through all that had been rectified and Cameron came out to check in and make sure that I was happy with the after sales treatment. This garage treats their customers with the highest level of care and respect I’ve received from the garage and I am so grateful for all their help and support!
