Located the used car on the internet. Showroom was open on the Sunday. John was a gentleman. Looked after both of us well. Showed us the car. Not pushy at all. He was open about everything.

From the first time I 'popped' in to the show room to the completion of my purchase all the staff were friendly and helpful, I dealt with Dan and he was very professional but also friendly and reassured me I was doing the right thing. I absolutely love my new car and the only downside is that I wish I'd bought a car from you guys years ago.

Well treated, made to feel that although we weren't spending £50k on a new car, our custom was valued. There was no pressure to buy the decision was ours. The salesman was down to earth, honest, informative & patient with 65+ clients. He understood that it was 9 years since we'd bought a car & the new Golf technology had moved on dramatically. He talked us through enough of it's features not to overload us, but gave us a good understanding of the main points & answered any questions we had. We would recommend Bridgend VW to anyone.
