From being a disappointed customer I am now very pleased to record that I’m extremely happy with the outcome of the car exchange to another brand new Touareg.
The Staff at Sinclair VW Garage were very attentive, professional and supportive at all times.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people
Everyone was polite and helpful and made sure we felt welcome and not pressured. It was also a swift and easy process. We were offered drinks and even a little cake which was welcomed as we had driven a long way.
