Fantastic customer care from start to finish, picked up our new Golf GTI 50 yesterday, the handover was perfect, as was the whole process, nothing was too much for Craig to help us with and he kept us updated every step of the process, from ordering to driving away yesterday. Amazing service
Staff were very welcoming upon arrival offering beverages and a place to sit. I dealt with Paul who was very knowledgeable and personable. Paul ensured that I had the best experience and ensure that I understood every part of the contact and ensure I had a good test drive of the car. Paul and the team were very accommodating and friendly. Paul made my car collection day very special and was lovely throughout my time at dealership. An experience we’ll never never forget.
What an experience we had on Thursday, picking up our brand new Tiguan! I went in looking at a Tiguan Life, and I could have been sold on the spot. Luckily, PAUL CARE (a name that fits) got to know us and our needs and showed us a Tiguan Match that suited our needs a lot more.
Paul went out of his way to ensure we got the best deal in every way. He is not just a sales person and I recommend that anyone looking to buy at VW SWANSEA should go through him.
From the grand unveiling with a black sheet and giant red bow, to the champagne gift and a VW-branded teddy for our oldest, we could not have had a better customer experience. See you in 4 years!!
