Established in 1998, Site King started life as an idea by two brothers. At the time they were selling safety boots and workwear at a single stall at the local market. The market stall gained traction fast with multiple locations becoming a weekly pitch for the brothers. Before long it was no surprise that they wanted to bring out products of their own.
Using the knowledge gained from years of selling they introduced lines of footwear and trousers. These soon became a must-needed purchase when visiting those local markets. With every product launch being a success the brothers decided it was time to focus their efforts on the brand, and with this, the Site King Brand was born.
Site King has now become a nation's favourite for safety workwear, footwear, and PPE. Best known for our work trousers, we have expanded this range to over 10 own brand styles. I would definitely recommend!!
I have just received my 3rd order from siteking and they never dissappoint! I contacted them regarding sizing with my first order and they got back to me very quickly and gave me all the information I needed! I have just receivedmy 3rd pair of work pants from them and as a woman it is difficult to find nice fitting and flattering work pants but siteking have managed it and I actually like wearing my uniform. Delivery is super fast and the quality is perfect. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service, responded almost immediately to my queries. Bought a pair of ladies work trousers which are cut a tad on the small side but are good quality for a good price.

High quality speedy service
I placed my order and the goods arrived very quickly, unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size so I returned and again was amazed at the speed that the replacement goods arrived, also I received emails to keep me informed of deliveries, very impressed with the service and very pleased with the quality of the item.

Replacing a faulty item
I ordered a pair of work trousers which arrived promptly but were mislabelled on the packaging...no way the person packing the item could have known. When I phoned up to get a new pair the service was professional and efficient... I provided a photo of the labels and received a reply that day that I would get a new pair, which I did a few days later, No fuss, no argument just professional customer service. An excellent company, very happy to use them again.

Ordered some combat trousers size 12 BEWARE
Ordered some combat trousers size 12, could not even get them over my legs. 10 sizes too small, then to have to pay to return the parcel.
These are surely chinese sizes.
e mailed them but they did not even respond poor customer service.

Soon as I logged on a ‘chat’ function offered to help and answer questions. I wished to know where the items were dispatched from and delivery time. I had that information before I even ordered my paltry purchase worth less than £10. Received in the Outer Hebrides within 48 hours. I felt I’d been treated like a VIP making a huge order. Thanks.
