Kayum & Shahed (have I spoken to anyone else?) have been happy to discuss matters further to ensure my understanding, and with their assistance I have just passed a VAT [refund] audit. I'm that impressed I now entrust them with my second company, and my personal return! With gratitude.....

SK Accountants have their marketing spot on!!! They were the first accountants that sent me a letter offering to do my tax return with a set price and they stuck to their word.
