This is one of the best masks I have used! The coverage is better than others I have tried as it covered closely around my eyes and mouth. With this mask I was able to better moisturize the area under my eyes and around my mouth, which are areas I pay close attention to. The mask stayed on well, was very comfortable and was super easy to apply. When the mask is removed, it reveals smooth, supple and well moisturized skin that feels and looks amazing! I will be keeping these in stock and continuing to have them in my skincare routine rotation.

I received my package in a timely manner. The application process is super simple and the texture of the mask is lightweight and silky. Once applied the mask actually had a cooling effect, and it was very comfortable to wear. Once removed my skin looked dewey and moist. You get 11 mask in every box so this product will last you a while.

I love hydrogel masks but with Hydraglow technology I have discovered a new concept compared to traditional masks, because it penetrates deeper and the results are noticeable from the first application.
I like to use it at night, 2 or 3 times a week and the night before an event to wake up with smooth, radiant skin.

Their products are all spectacular: I fell in love with their masks, like the one for the lips that makes the lips like new and incredibly smooth, and then the packaging, the mask in the shape of pink lips is wonderful, I really recommend it to everyone!

After 4 months of using the collagen mask, I must say that it WORKS. I will comment on my experience.

The product took 8 days to arrive, after the first use I noticed that my face was already very moisturized and shiny, I imagined that washing my face would remove it and it is true that part of the shine is gone but the texture of the skin and the skin was much improved.

I have been using 2 a week for 4 months and my skin has an incredible colour and glow, and I have noticed that my crow's feet and eye bags have diminished.

I will comment again when I have been using it for 6 months, for the moment I give it a 10.

The price compensates for the result

It doesn't do much and is made and shipped from China which is well hidden on the website and doesn't justify the price point. Results are disappointing. I wouldn't buy again. Order #8403

I received my products I ordered. My problem is with their collagen film. I don't think it's what they advertise it to be. It's basically a film of glue. I applied it as directed with the collagen spray. After it dried, I noticed dry areas around the edge of the film placement that was peeling. It peeled off like it would if you left Elmer's liquid glue to dry on your hands. Nowhere does it say that you would have to peel anything off. It says "feel the melted collagen absorbed into your skin" all the spray did was dissolve the glue onto my skin. I didn't have any issues with their hydraglow deep face mask. I left a review on their page for the collagen film. Not sure if it will post but if you sort reviews by date, the most recent reviews are back in April.

Company saw my complaint on my previous review and refunded me. Good customer service.
