False advertisement—wrong brand

UPDATE 4/24: I just received a reply from company. They indicated they will be refunding the full amount. We shall see and will update again when I see the credit.

UPDATE 4/23: I just tried sending an email to hello@skaldoandmalinsupport to let them know I’m working with my bank in getting a full refund. They asked me to wait and see if I get a response from them by Friday, April 24.
It is obvious that they blocked me as I received an undeliverable message. I tried again to no avail. Do not waste your time with this company.

4/22–First of all, it takes 2 weeks to get your product (infant neck pillow). I was shocked when I opened the package. It was vacuum sealed and when I finally pulled out the pillow, it was flat. I thought I was buying a Skaldo and Malin pillow which I bought on their online site. The tag had a different name—KAKIBLIN. I wrote the company and also sent them pictures as they requested. I have not heard back. I also wrote a review in their site and within 5 minutes it was taken down. Now I know for sure they only post 5 star reviews. Good for them. Stand by your product.

Don't waste your time or money

Don't waste your time or money. I was so excited to get this gift for my granddaughter. It never showed up, and all they could tell me that it was delivered in Stonesville, NC - well it didn't end up with us. They told me to contact USPS to see what happened. Hmm - well that was a nightmare. Horrible customer service and follow up. How can you not have records in today's age on where the package showed up. I am disputing the charge. Wish me luck! What a waste of time, and they kept the money.

After reviewing the shipment, we can confirm that the USPS tracking shows the package as delivered to a mailbox in Statesville, NC. We completely understand how upsetting it is when a package is marked delivered but cannot be located.

When this happens, we always recommend contacting USPS directly. We understand that this can be inconvenient, but due to their privacy policies, USPS is only able to provide specific delivery details, such as GPS coordinates or exact drop-off location, directly to the recipient. Unfortunately, this is a standard process that we are not able to bypass on our end.

That said, our goal is always to make sure our customers are taken care of. If, after contacting USPS, you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us again at hello@skaldoandmalin.com.

We would be more than willing to assist further and work toward a resolution, including arranging a replacement or issuing a refund.

Company being “local” is a total sham.

The product was made to seem
like it was made in the United States and was good quality. Then two weeks later, an unmarked package arrived from some random province in China. There was no info on the package to make it seem like it was from this company. There is absolutely no way that I am giving my baby this toy to play with. Not sure how this company gets away with this!

I would give it 0 stars. Product came and did not work correctly. Music distorted and other problems. Asked for a refund and they offered 50% and said I could donate or regift it. Why would I regift something that is broken.
Never order anything again.

Their tracking info is incomplete and…

Their tracking info is incomplete and provides very little information. For example, the tracking info they provide says the package is in transit, but they do not provide any locations -

They don't provide any locations like UPS, FedEx or the USPS would. And the tracking number is something I've never seen before, starts with UUSC.
Seems pretty sketchy to me. Worried it's a scam company

Disappointing Customer Service

I contacted the company numerous times to track my order. They placed it on me to track my order. They claim to have 100% guarantee for customer service. But that service is non-existent. So completely disappointing and will not shop with them again. Beware!

Shady company

I wrote messages on their Instagram which I noticed were quickly deleted. I wrote an honest review on their site which didn't post. I noticed that the majority of the reviews were 5 stars and a handful of 4 star reviews. Turns out that the product rating platform through Loox offers cliebts to pre screen and filter out the unfavorable reviews before posting. The review system is not honest or legit. The company is able to lie, not honor their guarantee, and cover up all the bad.

Ordered a baby bed off of Baby list for…

Ordered a baby bed off of Baby list for a gift. The company is Skaldo & Marlin. The order said it was delivered, but was not delivered to them. I have reached out to this company that claims to have 24/7 support 364 days a year!!! Not true!!! I have not received an answer!! Horrible customer service for sure!!! Very deceiving advertising!!! They should say we ignore our customers!!!
