False advertisement—wrong brand
UPDATE 4/24: I just received a reply from company. They indicated they will be refunding the full amount. We shall see and will update again when I see the credit.
UPDATE 4/23: I just tried sending an email to hello@skaldoandmalinsupport to let them know I’m working with my bank in getting a full refund. They asked me to wait and see if I get a response from them by Friday, April 24.
It is obvious that they blocked me as I received an undeliverable message. I tried again to no avail. Do not waste your time with this company.

4/22–First of all, it takes 2 weeks to get your product (infant neck pillow). I was shocked when I opened the package. It was vacuum sealed and when I finally pulled out the pillow, it was flat. I thought I was buying a Skaldo and Malin pillow which I bought on their online site. The tag had a different name—KAKIBLIN. I wrote the company and also sent them pictures as they requested. I have not heard back. I also wrote a review in their site and within 5 minutes it was taken down. Now I know for sure they only post 5 star reviews. Good for them. Stand by your product.
