Its just a scam for Midnight M+. I did purchase a yearly plan, still having previous expansions tutorials. I paid a week before Midnight launch, but no update since that. Now we are at 12.0.5.

I made a payment mistake on my end

I made a payment mistake on my end, but the way it was handled speaks well of the company. The support team responded promptly, assessed the situation fairly, and issued a refund without unnecessary complications. A solid example of professional and effective customer support when it actually matters.

Good service

I didn't use the service for a very long time, but it seemed like good content for what I can tell.

Customer service is also good.

Subscription cancellation issues

The services are amazing. I did run into a subscription issue tho. After I stopped using their services, I forgot to cancel my annual plan and accidantally got charged again the next year. Since it was my mistake, I didnt complain and I just canceled after. A year later I got charged again tho. I contacted the support and they promised to refund my money for the last payment. So in the end I should get my money back but the fact their subscription system is so bugged / they scam people who dont pay attention - thats an issue.

Horrible support

Horrible support, horrible content cadence. The whole operation oozes of laziness and entitlement. Good luck getting any more than a cookie cutter response from support on anything at all. They dont care about even long time subs. Their YT content is nearly as good as what they make you pay for, avoid its a waste of money and ran by folks who couldnt care less about their customers.

I accidentally purchased the annual…

I accidentally purchased the annual plan instead of the monthly one on Skill Capped. I contacted support immediately to explain the mistake and asked if it could be changed or refunded.

It has now been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received any response despite emailing multiple times. The complete lack of customer support is very frustrating.

I’m hoping this review gets their attention so someone from Skill Capped finally responds and helps resolve the issue.

Their support is non existent

Their support is non existent. Bought it used it for 2 days realized it wasn’t for me. Wanted a refund, sent an email 3 weeks ago and got an automated email telling me they were going to answer within 48 hours. 3 weeks and no response to several emails.

Sad refund policy

Sad refund policy. In all their advertisements they say oh go up 5 divisions or your money back. I watched like the whole first set of videos enough to equal over 2 per week for the rest of the year. I got to get a refund and they said no because I didn't watch 2 per week... Seriously? Im sorry I didn't spread them out across every week and instead watched them all In a short time. And does it matter? Like your telling me I'm not getting a refund because I didn't use your service enough? So like what am I paying for exactly then? I watched a decent bit of videos I quit league because of life and I can't get my money back because your faq's say you have to watch 2 per week for like the entire year. That's some shady shit.

No response from their support

Been emailing them multiple times during the last 2 weeks without a response.

Regarding a refund within 30 days no questions asked.

I am starting to wonder if it is their strategy to wait the 30 days out before they reply and then deny the refund.

Bad experience overall with their support

I like the condensed and…

I like the condensed and straight-to-point style of the videos. I had a question about my subscription and got a helpful response the next day. The price is also very reasonable. Can recommend.

Very good customer service

Very good customer service. They refunded me when I forgot to cancel my annual renewal. Not a lot of companies do that. There is a 10 day grace period though so make sure you’re within that.
