TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

I realise I bought the wrong the wrong product and sent an email to get it exchanged but no one responded to my email

My order was not delivered. It took them over 2 months to 'investigate' during which I had to send them a crime reference number and follow up over 8 times. They provided no proof of delivery but refused to refund me or even offer store credit. Their customer service is abysmal.

Having placed an order for several products that are vegan and cruelty free, I received these promptly. I was surprised to find unsolicited samples included, one of which turned out to be from a company that is not cruelty free.
I emailed customer service outlining my concerns and received an automated email promising a response in 48 hours. 3 weeks later I have received no further communication other than numerous prompts to review my products.
However great the products customers choose from this company may be, the (lack of) customer service and the sending out of samples that makes ethical shoppers complicit in animal cruelty is really not good enough. I will not be shopping with this company again.

Fast delivery and updates. Will at more of your products! Love this product and it is no longer available in the U.S.

First time buying K beauty products online, and there are so many retailers! Skin2Seoul had my items in stock and offered fast shipping. I received my items exactly as expected. Plus some lovely freebies! Would 100% buy from here again. Perfect experience, thank you!!

Too much packaging
Great product, but why fill up the packaging with polystyrene balls? Diasterous for the environment, and it's not as though the product is even fragile!
