Good company, easy to use website and fast delivery, friendly driver and staff on phone. Only downside was collection, ordered for 7 days, phoned after 10 but still too 14days to collect.

Collection was a pain
Collection was a pain. One driver turned up but refused to pick it up from where it was dropped. Then had to phone 4 times before it was collected 2 days later.

Just ordered my 2nd skip from Skip hire UK in Somerset, never had a bad experience with skip hire before, but the online experience, hassle free delivery and collection, as well as their competitive pricing with SHUK has prompted me to leave a review! Really great company and are my current go to when I need hulky waste disposal!

The price of the skip in relation to…
The price of the skip in relation to other companies was good, the extra 15% was a bonus too, but it seems could only be used once.
Placing an order online wasn’t simple tried a few times, it ended up going to my billing address but it was rectified straight away.
Trying to order a replacement skip was a nightmare as it wouldn’t let me do that on line. Don’t understand why the person I spoke to on the phone couldn’t do it.

I can see the order we received had the delivery and billing address entered as being the same which is why the skip was delivered to that address however, I am glad to hear this was rectified easily for you.
As we have a booking team available for taking orders over the phone, I have checked who you spoke with regarding your exchange. It shows you spoke with someone in another team who would of directed to the website as they are unable to assist with phone bookings. However, should you require a skip again in the future and would like one of the girls to book over the phone - they can certainly do so, just make whoever you speak with aware you'd like to do it this way.
