These dont even deserve a star but it wont allow me to write.
I ordered quilting guides on 23rd Feb 2020 but have never recieved them asked many times for them but it was always there on their way. The last email was undeliverable so have now filed a dispute with paypal. Dont buy from this scam.

So the same for me. Never received anyting. Ik received kindly replies on my mails, until now: my mail came undeliverable back. So I guess the e-mailadres doesn't excist anymore.

I purchased online from Skittee in February 2020 and to date nothing has arrived, only automated emails when enquired, and no refund , bogus tracking number , absolutely atrocious , no stars for them as no product delivered, no customer service, no details for refund and no faith in their ability to do the right thing by paying customers. I was burnt!

Wish I’d read reviews before purchasing. Same story as everyone else. Simply didn’t receive goods. Took it up with PayPal five months after purchase and got a refund. Please don’t buy from this company.

Zero star as well. Never received merchandise and their email reply is basically a form letter that has blanks where order information should be.

Order in January , 4 email later ,still waiting for delivery ,do not buy from this scammer, PayPal just reply will refund the money ,thanks PayPal

They are thieves. I've been waiting since January for an item to arrive. Each time I get more horse manure about it being in the mail they refuse to refund my payment.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered on March 21, 2020; received an email stating my item had been shipped on April 1, 2020; I emailed them due to nothing changing on the tracking number on April 28, 2020; also checked their website for more info on my order, but the website had “no record of that order number;” got a reply on April 29, 2020 stating that orders are delayed due to Covid, the email also had missing information such as “{insert link to Shipping & Delivery page URL which can be found on footer of website};” sent a second email requesting a refund and received the same exact reply on May 5, 2020. It is now May 23, 2020 and still no package, still no change on the tracking number. This company shows an address for Canada, but the tracking number shows China. It is a scam. Do NOT purchase from Skittee.

Thieves. Set up to scam anyone who gives them money. Stay away! They should not even get one star!

Do not buy from this company! It is just a scam set up to make money! Ordered March 26, 2020, my credit card was charged April 1st, today is May 16th, still no product and no way to track it. Just a bogus tracking number. Canned email replies get you nowhere!

Terrible! Charged my credit card immediately and Never received my merchandise that was ordered on April 1. Their customer service is awful. DO NOT order from this scam of website. Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered.

I have been scammed. No order has been received. Placed on 4/3/2020. On 4/21 got email stating it as shipped with fake tracking number. Says it as picked up in Ontario on 4/21 with current location unknown. Emailed them and both times generic response including Covid excuses.I reported to bank and BBB.

This company has the worst customer service. My purchase was delivered to a wrong address by Arrive and the day it was delivered I got a notification that it was delivered. Upon contacting Skittee, an automated response came that due to Covid, their deliveries were slow. After messaging them again to explain that it was delivered to wrong address, I still do not have a response from them. Don’t buy anything from this company. These items are shipped from China and the courier service is Chinese and there’s no way to get a hold of anyone. Save your money

Dont buy from this company.
Bought a Remote control duplicator.
After 1 month I recieved the device. It didnt work. Wrote Skittee that I wanted a refund. The replied that I should make af video of the defected device.
I sent the video, but after I have not been able to get in contact with Skittee. I wrote the 7 times but they dont reply and doesnt refund my buy. This is a scam company. Use someone reliable as eBay or Amazon.
