Very fast reliable wouldn’t use anyone else

Came back home to all my bin bags removed. Easy process would recommend

Two lovely chaps arrived today, even gave me a call before they arrived which i requested quite last minute. Even the lad on the main phoneline was a really nice guy, got through to him within seconds of phoning. They moved all 20 rubbish bags extremely fast, and the price was bang on. Genuinely buzzing to be rid of all the waste i had struggled to get rid of. Couldn't recommend this enough, i will for sure be a returning customer in the coming months. I had not heard of this company before and I am delighted with the service I received. I am about to use them again.

Occasionally they will rearrange to another day, however they always turn up and the pricing is reasonable. A really handy service for when you're having a clear out!

Mark and Paul did my full van collection today,they knocked the door to tell me they were there and then knocked again to ask me to check to make sure they'd taken everything which they did.They were professional and efficient.I will definitely use again.Please pass on my positive review to these 2 brilliant workers.

Used man with a van for rubbish removing. Brilliant service from Mark and Paul (West Midlands) texted to confirm time for collection, turned up on time and took everything away and cleaned up my drive after!! Top reliable service with a fair price. Thankyou

Couldn’t recommend Skoup enough and I’m going to continue to recommend them to other people. I previously had Paul clean out my Mother in laws house, amazing then. I’ve used them again today and Paul has come with Mark they had a lot to get rid our rubbish from my house and garden. They both did an amazing job such nice guys. Amazing, Timely, Amiable, Unbeatable prices and they always go the extra mile first time I used them was 10 binbags 27£ 2nd time half van 180£ +20£ extra for matress 10/10 every time!

Left one bag . I was unable to fill all bags to the maximum. Also left waste on my drive .

I booked in a pickup yesterday for an urgent job today. They took my money and confirmed my order. Then today I received an email informing me that 1) they couldn't take the sofas (of which there was no note on the website) and 2) they didn't have any availability despite taking my money and confirming the booking on their website. They have refunded and the staff were nice on the phone, but this has set the project back by several days which will cost me several hundred pounds in lost rent, and council rates, and rearranging builders. Very disappointed

Second time using this service and second 5 Star review.
Simple to arrange, on time, friendly service. Probably not the cheapest in town, but a good job and reassuring that your waste isn't going to be tipped down some country lane in the middle of the night. Thank you.

I've used skoup twice now. The first time I had a whole ground floor worth of carpet, pallets, general rubbish after renovations. They collected the lot for ~£100. The guy who collected it came and went by himself as it was in the back garden. No questions asked.

The second time (this review) I had a lot more rubbish ranging from old furniture, carpet, metal, rotting wood. A big messy pile of stuff, and they just came and did exactly the same for ~£100.

Quotes elsewhere for this kind of service cost ~£350. At this point I'm seriously fortunate you guys exist because I don't drive.

Booking was really simple and price for the collection of a wardrobe was good. I let them know about access to the flat via one flight of wide stairs with a landing in the middle then also emailed them to let them know I had disassembled the item so it was easy to carry. That’s pretty much as good as it got as they didn’t schedule a collection because they wanted me to take it down the stairs. No one contacted me to let me know that though and I only found out in the afternoon after phoning them to ask where the driver was. As I said to the assistant, if you had let me know, I could have left the wardrobe outside. 2 stars given instead of 1 as they were prompt to refund and to be fair the assistant that helped on the phone was very good. I think I’ll stick to someone local next time. In fact my decorator who was in that day got rid of it for me in the end for the same price.

Booked a collection, the next day told that date was unavailable so it was re booked for 2 days later. No one has turned up and on checking at 5pm I've had another email to cancel and it's rebooked for tomorrow.
