Skyclub.com "The First & Business Flight Company" Avis

Just excellent service nothing seemed to b

I was hesitant about using Skyclub because I can usually find good deals by an internet search

They were fantastic and found deals in terms of prices and flight times that were far better than those I had found

Great service from Milton all the way and the team too when I called. I highly recommended and I will go back!
Thank you! 🙏x

This company have always looked after me, making sure I always get the best seats and often cheaper than booking with the airline. During Covid in the December I had booked a flight to Athens for the following week. I had always dealt with Raj. He was not there on the Saturday when I gave my credit card details to one of his colleagues. Later that day the country was put in shutdown. I thought I was going to have a hassle getting my money back but Raj had told his colleague not to process the payment as he felt we were going into shutdown. I would never make travel arrangements with any other company.

Very efficient, professional and friendly service. I’ll certainly use Skyclub again.

The service was very efficient and with prompt responses to any queries. My flight options were well set out and easy to respond to,
Excellent service.

Helpful staff and good price

Seth was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Would recommend!

Understood our needs. Responded very quickly and gave us best cost solutions. Extremely proactive. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Propt service good price professional approach

The whole booking experience was so efficient and quick I have to give this company a whopping 5⭐️out of 5⭐️

Asked to book business class flights to Barbados and was given the new style cabin in BA. Told them that I would prefer to go with Virgin if there was any chance the plane would change to old style rubbish seats.
I was assured that the only way the plane would change was a fault on the day which was very unlikely.
I then booked and within a couple of weeks I went on the BA site and saw that they had changed to old style a reallocated me seats that were unsuitable with no contact to me from anyone. I have spoken to them and they just wipe their hands of it. Will tell you anything to get your money. Very disappointed.
NEVER AGAIN

Most helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent service from Christine. She was very attentive to our needs and helped us get the best flights and seats for our trip down under.

No messing, no nonsense, and a great service.

Would definitely recommend. We used Skyclub to book flights for the holiday of a lifetime. The service we received was great. Helpful, efficient and knowledgeable.

Great communication and rapid service that met my needs
