Terrible experience. They are just a sourcing company mattress comes from Kottayam directly, out of my experience until we can see and feel the product we should not buy anything. They say 100 days trial etc but they twist and turn their policies like no other. The sales person Ankitha she is the most incompetent person. When we say back is paining, she will say you will have to wait 45 days, after 45 days she says flip sides, after few days she will say you ordered customised product we can’t do anything, then after a few negotiations she will say pay for one way shipping and we should pack the mattress and keep it ourselves. Then by chance in this time if something happen on your side like emergency or anything and you somehow miss the communication with them, then it’s your fault they can’t do anything we have to purchase a new mattress.. worst, if your paying so much might as well buy King koil. We did that paid 55000 and bought a King koil mattress. 1lakh spent on the mattress. Thank you for lesson taught

I always trust aloha for my beds. The have complete comfort and health in their minds. I sleep very well on them 😪😊.

Whole experience ruined by bad delivery by the delivery person... damaged the property first and then didn't deliver it to the second floor despite multiple request...pls never trust delhivery...although sleep aloha is best..

The mattresses are perfect as is the packaging. One thing that could be improved on is giving the buyer the expected delivery date.

Service was good. The website has an easy enough interface. Got the product (i.e. aloha organic pillow) at an offer price, although I still think it's a bit overpriced.
The packaging was good too and the shipment was delivered within a reasonable time. Also, the chat with customer service option within the product description page is really helpful.

It's a wonderful experience from order booking to delivery.
Customer support team is very knowledgable, supportive and explained the quality of the materials used and how it is different from other mattresses in market.

Most admirable is that they delivered as promised. Extra free pillows with Mattress.

I have been using the latex mattress for more than 3 months and I must say it is for sure one of the best I have used till date.
I got the customized size and at reasonable rate. No fine prints and truly comfortable.

I did my research before choosing Aloha. Finally I realized Aloha is a better certified product. I must appreciate for such a simple and easy process to buy.
Particularly sales team who handled my sale was very responsive and cordial.
Initially I have purchased two mattresses. After my experience having comfortable sleep with appropriate back support, I placed order for two more mattresses. My sincere appreciation to the management and their team to build such a nice product with care and value.

Feel super awesome on 100% Natural Latex. aloha mattress is the best brand in India that is using 100% natural latex in mattresses.

My overall body gets proper support throughout the night. Because of Pin-core technology mattress is breathable and does not trap heat while sleeping. Dunlop Latex with a 20-year warranty is a plus point.

Aloha mattress is simply the best product today in mattresses.It is devoid of any chemicals and toxins found in popular brands sold in India, I wanted a healthier option for my young kid and for quite sometime I was surfing to buy a mattress for my son. He is in growing stage and was not getting fit in the old mattress.
