Slick Willie's Skate Store Avis 

I came here originally because my partner got rolllerskates from here before, and I’m happy that I chose here! I had the fear everyone has of going into a skate shop with no experience, but the staff are really helpful and welcoming and ready to help a beginner out!

I’ve been hooked to my cruiser board and I’ve even bought parts to make a popsicle skateboard!

Bought a pair of skates for my granddaughter for Christmas . Was a bit dubious about how much they cost but when they arrived I could see why. You get what you pay for and these skates are really top quality, delivery was fast and pleased to say she loves them great job slick willies !

A mistake was made during a return. Slick Willie's rectified it as soon as they were made aware of the mistake. I also received an unexpected personal phone call from a member of staff who apologised and outlined what would happen next. Within days, the mistake had been rectified.

In other words, I received a level of customer service above and beyond anything I would get from almost anywhere else.

Really helpful on email. A parcel got lost in the post (through no fault of their own) and they sent out a fresh one as soon as they found out. After that the skates were too small for my wife and they were so great on email organising replacement. Great service all round. Thanks folks

As an avid skater I'm ashamed to admit I only found out about Slickwillies this year! They've been brilliant and have been getting more and more stock of new inline skates and parts.

I've now ordered from them multiple times and only once had an issue which was actually with the courier and they were very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Every other time the item's have arrived quickly and in good condition.

I would highly recommend Slickwillies to anyone in the market for skates and related paraphernalia.

An unprofessional company w poor staff.

We waited for a long time on a rainy weekend. I noticed the predominantly young male staff more eager to chat up female customer than deal with customers who had clearly arrived earlier.

Nonetheless, we patiently waited. Sadly, we were missold a skateboard which, after consulting someone knowledgable in this field was far to large for our five year old.

Train your staff to be more knowledgable about your products. Make an effort to be friendly and enthusiastic maybe?

We will not be returning.
