I paid for next weekday delivery on Friday and got my products on Saturday! Very pleasant surprise, and I'm very satisfied with my purchases as well. Only regret is buying a skate tool (moxi beach bunnies come with one apparently)

I was after some new skates for my mom. I mentioned this site to my husband and he told me it’s where he got mine from at Christmas and the delivery was extremely fast. I ordered the skates and noticed I didn’t receive a confirmation (it was late on a Saturday) the Monday I emailed to say I had net received anything and within 3 mins someone emailed me back with my invoice and confirmed they had been posted. They came on the Tuesday which was extremely fast for standard delivery. I can’t recommend this site enough, especially with the extra detail for the impala skates re sizing.

I ordered a pear of Bauer NSX on 24/12/21 and they came on the 4/1/22 they don’t come laced. The right boot was sharpened but the left one was not, not even a tiny bit, came with 90 day warranty on the skates. Can’t really complain at £55 plus postage will order from here again fast delivery and came perfect.. and I love the tape on the packing when they came

I am really not happy.
I tried to order a pair of skates which I have been looking forward to for ages, but the checkout process took forever and now I am unsure whether they have even taken the money.

Really friendly staff, very knowledgeable and happy to spend time to explain the different options to a newbie.

Really good customer service, I can only recommend this shop. I originally walked into the shop, but they didn't have the inline skates I wanted in the size I thought I needed, so ordered online. Delivery was really quick and hassle-free. Unfortunately, after taking my new skates out for a spin, 10 minutes into skating with them I realised they were too large (that's on me, should have listened to the advice in store!). I returned them to the store, where the team were understanding - since the skates themselves were unscratched, I could get them replaced with a smaller size, they just replaced the wheels between the old and new pair. They even rockered my frame whilst at it (a feature of my shiny new FR3's) - overall, now I'm the happy owner of a great pair of skates, which I'm really enjoying!

Researched Free Willies online the quad skates I was interested in, marked "In stock" on their website so made the journey into London to their Gloucester Rd store. Not in stock and nor were any of the other quads I chose on their shelves! Assistant was very polite but frankly not the slightest bit helpful when I asked for advice on the right set of skates for me other than simply to tell me to purchase online. Can't exactly tell online if the ones I am interested in are comfortable! Free returns doesn't really appeal as an option when trying to purchase a pair of skates! I don't recommend visiting their Gloucester Rd store - total waste of time and effort.

I ordered some skates from here and although they arrived in the wrong colour, customer service was great. The issue was dealt with on the same day and the next day I received the right colour skates. They even arranged for a courier to pick up the wrong order to take back to their warehouse free of charge. So even though I received the wrong item, it's the customer service that gets 5 stars from me.
