I cancelled my monthly subscription in March as I didn't see any difference since using the product. I have continued to receive emails from Kalma to pay for the product. It is appalling that I am expected to pay for a product despite not receiving it.

Made an order since the 15/08, haven't seen any item yet, mailed them after 15 working days, no response, no number to contact them, hope I've not been scammed by slimjoy. Wished I went through reviews before ordering, I just need a refund not a hot cappuccino like some comments reads. Just need a refund, have bought other products, it came so quick.

Ordered 60 euro worth of products just started them today, within 5 minutes I've started to feel voilently sick and dizzy, I've been lying down since, not ever again going to go near them, what a waste of money, whatever is in these can't be good for you to be feeling this sick after them, I've contacted them by email, not surprised if I don't get a reply from them after reading these reviews! Shocking

I've ordered a lot of products of this company. One of them was subscription, but when I've took first pack I understood its nothing , it's doesn't work -AdipoBurn XXL double action, I've canceled my subscription, but nobody care...they continued to send me and nobody unswerving on my emails.But I am not pay anymore none, I've try to contact with them, nobody answered.
Only one thing is good, I like

I like some others bought my first batch before reading these reviews and after reading them thought "oh no what have I done" but I am glad that I did so I thought I would write this review to put some people's mind at ease. First order received on time (water out, fat burn and nightburn) and me and my partner started straight away full of optimism. All I can say is that they taste pleasant enough (just like weak juice, nothing horrible) and we both started to see results within the first week. (My partner excercised - I didn't but I could still see a difference in my shape!) We only got enough for 2 weeks at first but then decided to order a months worth each. 2nd order arrived within 4 days, excellent. We have now finished our first 2 weeks and are a week into our month programme (water out, fat burn, night burn and Adipoburn) can still see results everyday, plus it keeps us focused on trying to eat healthier. Would definitely recommend and when this last batch starts running low will definitely be ordering again. Hope this helps!

My order was delivered just a few days after i placed my order.
I didnt read the reviews until afer placing the order and was a bit horrified that i had made a mistake. However, i havnt. The products are great, taste good and so i will now wait to see if i lose some weight..

I’m 2 months into a 3 month program and it’s working well down from 32” waist size 14 to 27” waist size 8-10. I’ve been exercising daily and eaten at the times suggested in the leaflet (not after 6pm. The water out only works if you take it for consecutive days, and is best used after the fat burn sachets have ended.

I have tried several of their products and none work. I have submitted my guarantee money back form for my latedt purchase and still heard nothing. It is a con. I has been weeks now and i have sent several emails. Time to get in touch with the ombudsman🤨

I placed an order worth 35.90 on the 8th July. I never received a confirmation email for this order, but the money was taken out of my account. I contacted Slimjoy to query this, and they said they have no record of my order, could I send them a screenshot of the payment. I sent them the screenshot of the payment clearly going to them from my bank on the 8th July. Since then I have emailed countless times asking for an update or a full refund, and have heard back from nobody. I am so annoyed, as like most people right now, I am struggling financially, so was a big chunk to pay for something like this and I had to think before i even paid it. Now i have nothing to show for my money, no refund and no contact.....and still have a belly

I wouldn't give this company any stars at all.
I purchased the product which was supposed to be a buy one get one free and was charged £212.33. I telephoned immediately to cancel and get a refund but was told I had to wait as the package was already processed. I went to my bank and also contacted the fraud department who got me the moneyI was overcharged but I am still waiting for the refund of my original payment which was in March of 2022.
I have called thier customer service multiple times but no one answers now.

This company is a blatant liar. There site states DHL delivery in 3-5 days. It has now been 14 days, the order is being shipped via YODEL a budget courier company. Have reported to FB and trading standards for false information. They also do not answer any emails nor send any delivery updates ie if there is going to be a delay.

Ordered and paid for my products 18-5-2022 it’s now 24-6-2022, still no goods yet they offer a 30 day money back guarantee! I’ve not had the goods in 30 days so where’s my money? DO NOT BUT FROM THESE THEIVES!!

These is the worst mistake I made is purchasing from this company, after I made my order, they collected the money from my account, that is it, I haven’t received my order till date, I tried contacting them via email, no response, they don’t have a phone number, please don’t buy from this company, they are fake, my money is gone 😫😫
