This product has not helped at all. There is no way to speak to anyone about a refund at all. The online chat does not connect you to anyone and there is no other way of contacting them. This seams to be nothing but a big scam to get people to buy their product. Don't waste your time or money on this product at all.

Neither good nor bad
This products has helped me to stop eating so much nd be aware of what I am eating. I have stopped eating in the evening and I make sure to have 3 small meals a day instead of 1 meal, if I don't eat the 3 smaller meals after taking these products I start to feel sick. However I havnt had any change of the scales at all. I do have more energy though

not satisfied. first I did not receive my products. then I tried to talk to them, waited and nothing was resolved. I ran out of products and money. I do not recommend.

Stay away from these thieves they keep taking money out of my account and I have no subscription with them. I ordered a one off product carbBlock extreme just for a try now they keep on taking money out of my account for a product I don’t want. I’m sick to death of this company taking money from my account. Your unable to contact them , the only option is to cancel my card . Who give them the right to send me products I don’t want. What’s happened to people human rights in this country.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed, do not trust the brand the customer service is slow. And they don't have a track of what they been asked on emails and social media. Even though I sent my purchase in all. Quite disappointed I hope I get my money back soon

Well I should have read reviews I have sent 2 emails to find out when my order will be dispatched but not 1 reply not happy.... unfortunately for them they answered saying it was delivered whuch it hasn't, when I emailed back they told me to ring delivery driver just such bad customer services Wish I could remove my 1 star

THEY DO NOT WORK I have not even lost a 1lb I just lost £48 buying the products. I never normally write reviews but I’m so disappointed and disgusted that a company can take money knowing the products are a waste . They made my stomach rumble and gave me excess wind that’s it … I have wasted money I just hope people read this and I can stop items wasting their money

It may seems like a big lie
It may seems like a big lie, but no. My weight was 77.6kgs 3 weeks ago. I order a Slimjoy bundle and been taking the pills (as describe) and yesterday (12.02.2022) I step up on scale...65.7kgs. I cannot believe it. A few moments ago, I order more, just to make sure I will not miss a day. Great, wonderful product. Thank you.

Very easy to order and received my products within 3 working days. I'm using the Nightburn Extreme and Aquaslim Extreme. I'm certainly sleeping better and waking up refreshed. It's only been 5 days and I've already noticed a reduction in bloating. Great product. Simple instructions to follow.

Quick delivery, almost tastless, no issues so far
Order placed and received within 5 working days. Early days for me so can't review on effects as yet but nightburn drinks are almost tastless so no nasty taste to put you off. Takes a bit of effort to get the powder to dissolve in the water but with a shaker bottle it's much easier. Will give it a couple of months and see the results from then.

Scam or real?!
Ive placed and order today and then decided to see reviews (yes i should have done this before) and after reading reading some of the reviews im a little sceptical of whether my order will be delivered to me or is it a SCAM like some other online brands....
Any reassurance would be amazing , and also some TRUTH would help!! ive emailed the email address info @ slimjoy.com (with no gaps obviously) but no reply .........yet!
