I messaged through their Facebook page to see if they had what i was looking for and if they could ship to my area which they said yes. They would open my message so i could see they have opened it then would take their time to repost which is fair enough if people are in the shop which it would make sense to have someone who only deals with enquiries but to then open my message at 14:18 when the shop closes at 5 and ignore me and i message again 8am the next day hoping when they open at 9 they might see it and reply before 5pm but still no reply it is now 18:30pm after ignoring me the day before they replied a couple of times until asking them how shipping will work. If you do not want to sell the animal just say sorry we do not ship to that area or we are not selling this animal as someone else is interested i do not know but any excuse would of been better than ignoring me what is even worse because i can see you have opened and ignored my message. What is the point... i have had at least 6 shops do this to me now and i am not the only one, they do not know how to communicate it is pointless.

We’ve been visiting Slitherin for a while now. For animal handling events and for my son to get advice on his first reptile purchase….which will happen once he learns to keep his room tidy…..Today the did his 10th birthday party. It was fabulous, all the kids had a blast, asked hundreds of questions and got hundreds or knowledgeable answers and facts in return. The kids have not stopped talking about it.

Very poor experiences from this company. Been missold animals in poor condition wrongly sexed animals. Some animals are incredibly overpriced in comparison to others on morphmarket and I think they are more interested in making money above offering what’s best for the animals. Disappointed and I will not be buying anything else from these guys again.

Never received my online order and had absolutely no reply from Slitherin reptiles. I placed an order on 18/12/23, was supposedly shipped 19/12/23. I still haven’t had it delivered, and sent 2 emails via they’re website first asking about an update for my order, second requesting a refund, both of which I did not get a reply. Will not be ordering from them again.

Best place ever!! Fantastic staff, with time and knowledge. Shop is always stocked and all the animals are well looked after in clean, spacious enclosures and that's not including the advice etc outside of working hours etc. They've hooked us up with some awesome reptiles, setups and equipment. It's the only shop I'll go too for all my reptile needs!!

Friendly, knowledgeable team, who are always happy to provide advice and support. I have purchased a number of animals and equipment, and visit regularly to buy feed and would not go anywhere else

I recently decided to pop in with some queries and concerns I was having with my setup, as well as to get some supplies for my new viv. And to cut a long story short, I can't recommend this store enough, and I wish I could give more than 5*. The staff were extremely helpful and gave me some brilliant guidance and advice, as well as giving me some amazing insight to the appropriate care for a reptile I was considering keeping. Their knowledge and customer service was the best I've known in a store.

In addition to this their products were of the best quality and fit right at home in my naturalistic bioactive setup. With brillaint selections to choose from, be it plastic, wooden or plant and anything in between. Not only will I be collecting my new pet in a couple weeks, I will continue to shop here for everything I will need for them

I rarely write reviews but I was hugely impressed by the service provided by Slitherin Reptiles. After the previous company I had used for ordering frozen food (I'll not name them but it rhymes with "stink") refused to offer delivery any more, as apparently my part of Scotland is no longer part of the UK (I'd evidently missed the memo that the independence notion was passed...) I had to look elsewhere. I couldn't find many reviews for Slitherin Reptiles so it felt a bit of a gamble but was delighted to have great quality products delivered fast, still frozen as promised, and no surcharge for my postal area. A big thumbs up from me and my owl, THANK YOU, and will be back with another order once the freezer is emptying again.

Purchased a 4-6 month old chameleon from Slitherin Reptiles. They are very thorough in ensuring that you, as a potential owner, know what you are doing. We had a 30-40 minute phone call which felt more like an interview to determine whether I was responsible enough to own a chameleon. But don't let this put you off, this just shows how much they care about animal welfare and is a sign that they are a reputable company who aren't out to make a quick buck! They want their animals to go to good homes, and they were always on hand if I had any questions.
