It’s so easy! A quick phone call followed by an email link and a few minutes later the funds were transferred. Cheaper than using my bank and the personal service is very reassuring. I highly recommend and will be using Smart again soon.

Mixed review
I got a good rate, however the transaction was not followed through. My funds were stuck and no one notified me. I had to call up 4 times before my funds were finally released. It was stressful as I also had received an email on Easter Monday to say the funds had not arrived in their account and no one could confirm where they were until the next working day. A large sum coming from abroad had potentially gone astray, unnecessary stress. A good rate, however poor after care.

With payments over the Easter break, what usually would have been completed within 1-2 'business' days may have led to a short delay due to the two UK Bank Holidays.

Very fast service 24 hours to get my money
You did very well it only took 24 hours for you to bring my Aussie dollars to the UK and change it into pounds I'm very happy with your service but I wanted to do another transaction Aussie dollars to Philippine pesos but your exchange rate is really really low so I'm giving you a mess and going with another company for that one
