I took over a charity, I found we were out of contact with our electricity. I dealt with Smarter Business, and I signed the contacts 6 weeks ago. I found out yesterday that had not gone though...6 WEEKS LATER than I signed online, we are still have to give 30 days to the current provider. They assured me they would call me back yesterday, nothing, and an email today. As a charity we have to start again, more hours of volunteers time and we will owe £180 instead of what could of been £60 on this quarters bill. No communication and very poor, and really quite upsetting.

I worked with candice reddy and could not of had a better person to help me sort things out she is hard working and understanding.

Have used this organisation before but this time started off well and documentation all correct. Since 6th November 2019 no communication from them and up to few days until start of the new electricity contract I had to contact N Power to ascertain what action I had to take. Very disappointing and will not use Smarter Business again in the future!
