Smarter Claims Avis 

I was surprised when Smarter Claims notified me that I had unclaimed funds. Checked Trust Pilot to see whether it was a scam and read the reviews. It is not a scam.
The process of claiming the funds was efficient and effective. My only role was to provide the necessary documentation to verify I was the legal claimant. Smarter Claims did the rest. Their service was excellent and they answered my questions quickly. A special thank you to Brian who was a pleasure to deal with.

Initially we thought this was a scam, however Brian made several follow up calls and ensured us it was all legitimate. From there it all went very smoothley.

That unexpected text message saying I may have money owed to me. My immediate thought was scam. We are so well trained in that way of thinking. I also remembered hearing about people who make a living tracking down unclaimed monies, so I checked it out. A legit company, good reviews on Trust Pilot.
Brian was very helpful, and I was amazed that I managed to find paperwork that had managed to avoid being shredded over twenty years! He was always quick to respond when I reached out to him and I now happily have those unanticipated funds sitting in my bank account. Would never have happened without Brian from Smarter Claims.

Thought the email was a scam. Rang Brian did some research. Went ahead with smarter claims. All done and no hassle for me. Paying the percentage to Brain was certainly worth it. Recommend to anyone.

A phonecall to Brian cleared up any negative thoughts I had after I received a text message informing me of unclaimed money.
I had to search long and hard to provide documentation that tied me to the unclaimed money,luckily I had not disposed of it.(It was 30 years old).

Receiving an email that I had an outstanding cheque from 2009 owing to me I was suspicious it would be a scam. After a phone call to Brian the air was cleared and I collected the required documentation as requested by smarter claims. Within 2 week I was notified that the claim was legitimate and money where paid to Smarter Claims as the agent and $$ transfered into my account within 2 days .

I didn’t even know I had money owing to from over a decade ago and they not only found the money but also found me. It was fast and easy and much better than trying to navigate it myself.

We were not aware of the unclaimed money that was available to us following many years since the passing of our Father, Gordon (23yrs).
It took a little bit of time for both Edward and I (Jennifer) to collect the evidence required to proceed with the claim. Brian was very patient with us, and sent through the claim. We received the monies earlier than was expected. Thank you Brian!

When I received a message saying i had money owing to me I was suspicious. Upon investigation and I phone call to Brian who explained the case I subsequently went ahead with the claim and a few weeks later payment was made to my account as promised.

Like many people, when I first received a text message from Smarter Claims, I was very sceptical. My wife and I both thought it might be a scam, given how many scams are around these days.

I decided to call the number provided to make sure it was legitimate, and that’s when I spoke with Brian. From the very beginning, Brian was fantastic. He immediately put me at ease, explained everything clearly, and answered every question I had. I can only imagine this is something he has to deal with every day because people are understandably cautious.

Brian had found money that was owed to us from many years ago that we had absolutely no idea existed. He explained that Smarter Claims charges a 15% success fee, which we were more than happy to pay because we weren’t expecting any money in the first place. We didn’t have to pay anything upfront—they simply deducted their fee from the recovered funds and paid us the balance.

Throughout the whole process, Brian kept in regular contact by email, always returned my calls if he missed them, and reassured me whenever I had concerns. When I asked how long it would take for the money to arrive once everything was approved, he said around 24 hours. Sure enough, I woke up the next morning, and the money was in my bank account.

Some people say you can find unclaimed money yourself through government websites. Believe me, we tried. We searched everywhere we could think of and found nothing that showed we were owed any money. Without Smarter Claims, we never would have known these funds existed.

From the first email I received telling me that smarter claims had found an unclaimed cheque to confirmation that my claim was approved I couldn’t fault the service and professionalism. Everything was explained well and the documents were easy to fill out - the whole process took a matter of a couple of weeks - considering I live overseas I was amazed at how quick and easy this process was. As with everyone else I was skeptical at the beginning, but a search of their ABN etc reassured me the company was legit.
My trust in them was well placed.
Everything they said they would do they did, within the time frames or less of what they had said would be the case, and I retrieved funds I may not have got around to chasing. Worth the fee for sure.

I thought this was a scam at first but Phoned and spoke to Brian , the procedure all went through quickly and have my shares and left over cash after Smarter claims fee taken , they are 100% honest , i did find confusion because i did not receive some emails , and that is not Smarter claims fault but an issue with my computer and phone, Allan
