Smart Scaffolder is an excellent product.

Customer love the 3d images as they can see what scaffold they will be getting.
The support team are great, always friendly and helpful

Some of the functionalities of the Smart Scaffolder design section require some changes. Overall a great step forward.

Great at helping set up software with good advice

It's quite easy to use and the pack it comes with is very helpful. The service team responded to my question the day after.

However the package is limiting in certain areas. This is quite frustrating. I couldn't show plan bracing on a diagram unless it was over 8 metres high. Why? If it is on a public highway the first lift is 2.7m and must be plan braced to conform to tg:20. There are many others I have encountered since the 30 day trial finished

SMART Scaffolder has made every element of our commercial approach to tender small and large scale projects viable, it has the edge for not only commercial adaptability with great support; but adds the power to visualise projects by design with clients along with its technical BIM functions.

Programme was shown to me and it seemed too good to be true.
The system was really easy to use, and it brings all the elements of the scaffold project together.
You can add to the scaffold, identify the exact heights and lengths of each individual elevation of the scaffold. Adding extra height or a gable is really easy, beams etc, all from standard tools.
Allows you to specify the location, which then gives you potential wind loading, and gives you notice of TG20 compliance, load lists, drawings etc.
Support from staff is really good, all have good knowledge and if they cannot answer your issue, someone WILL return your call and speak to you to resolve your issue.
Overall and really good system and staff.

Excellent software and a must any professional Scaffolding company. A highly recommended system.

Great product that gets better with each update.

I’ve been using SMART Scaffolder for some time now. The Model It function enables us to provide customers with 3D images providing greater visualisation and TG20:13 compliance sheet.
With it constantly being updated there is more you can do.
After a refresher course this week which helped greatly, I made a joke of how good it would be if you could upload a pdf image of site plans and build the design around this.
To my amazement there is a package that offeres this called BIM, after being shown a tutorial I was extremely pleased with the scope of what the package can do.
A fantastic and relatively easy to use package and tool which gets easier the more frequently it’s used.

User friendly software reducing time spent pricing and showing clarity to customers in quotations.

Version 2012 was better. Exports are upside down, canti levers gives errors.

Brilliant Software !
It's quick, easy to use and saves us a lot of time when quoting for both big and small jobs.
A great feature of the software is how it produces an automated detailed drawing and material list for the project, that gives you both the quantity of kit and overall weight.
I haven't had a single problem with the support team they have always been quick, friendly and extremely helpful. They have solved every issue i have thrown them.
I would highly recommend this product !
