Negative customer service
I like their products … but my last delivery had 2 items missing .. it was 3 items for £5 .. I ordered 2 bundles but only received 4 items instead of 6 .. I did message them and added picture of items received.. they told me I must be mistaken… urrr no I wasn’t then they ignored any emails I sent … so no i wouldn’t use this company again .. if they think I’m that desperate just to get 2 extra items I’m not .. products are good .. but customer service NOT ..

Second-hand 3D printer

This was my 2nd order and I was excited…
This was my 2nd order and I was excited as my 1st order was awesome 🤩 Sorry to say this last order was not!!☹️
It took a reminder from me for it to be sent and the quality of some items in the box were not of your usual high standard sugar glider was unfinished in fact I can honestly say I could not give them to my grandchildren at All
I have in the past recommend you but after this order I’m not so sure
