Poor service delivery!
ordered 2 weeks ago and still no email to confirm delivery or whether underway; quite some service
But if indeed per their response, then I will be impressed and change to 5*, now 3* already as they responded quite quickly ;)

Hi. You left a note saying you arrived on 16th August. As this is a courier delivery, it is next day service (as it says on the order) and will be posted on Monday 15th August for delivery on the 16th as you requested. As with most online stores, you won’t receive an email until it is shipped (on Monday). You will have got a confirmation of order email though. I’m not sure what we could have done better in this instance… but I’m sorry for any confusion. Please email me at jhutchison@apsbiocontrol.com if you want any more info.
Update - We sent the item on the 15th next day delivery but it didn't get there in time. A full refund has been issued and customer directed to shops that sell Smidge in Scotland.
Very fast delivery, excellent customer service
Ordered for delivery at our B&B and within two days it was delivered. After a misunderstanding from my side the customers service operated excellent!

Limited repellant action against midges…
Limited repellant action against midges in the Trossachs in august 2022.
The only really efficient way i s to light a fire as soon as you get to the campsite.
Smidge seemed to reduced the amount of insect bites compared to not smidged persons though.

Great product!
I bought this spray after a recommendation. I live in the countryside and usually get bitten by midges and mosquitos so I thought I would give it a try and I’m so glad I did! It has a pleasant smell and it does the job.

Works really well and smells nice.
Smidge is a really effective midge repellent, easy to apply and smells nice. We've tested it on some very midgy campsites in the Netherlands and Denmark on holiday. You need to wash hands after application. Online order easy and very quick delivery. Maybe could do with being available in bigger sizes for family needs.
