Had my semi permanent eyeliner done by Hannah, and oh my god I am amazed by her work, I had nothing but compliments when walking out the clinic! Got along so well with her, it flew by so fast and we were both laughing all the way through, in fact I wish I had more eyes just so could go back!

A Issa and Tasmin made me feel at complete ease, clear explanations of the treatment and work I’ll be having done, and made me feel so comfortable! Couldn’t recommend Smileworks enough! Totally worth the 4 hour round trip each time!

Excellent service so far. Ive had my consultatation with Dental Therapist Aniesa who is amazing. I am a nervous patient due to past traumatic dental experiences and Aniesa was fantastic. Took her time, no rushing, listened to my concerns, explained everything to me. Just fantastic. She has definitely began to restore my faith in dentists. I need a lot of dental work plus some cosmetic bits and I was given a clear treatment plan with options available to me. I will never go to another dentist again.

Excellent quality practitioners, extremely pleased with the work that I had carried out and also would like to recommend Brian and Tasmin who completely repaired my teeth over several sessions. Completely putting my mind as ease throughout the whole process, if you’re looking to have any work done then these two are the best for that

Not exaggerating but it’s one of the best clinics I’ve been too. The staff are very friendly, the medical team is highly educated and know exactly what they’re doing and the prices are very competitive.
I had facial filler in the clinic by Dr.MJ. She’s an expert with many years of practice and experience. Explained to me in details what are my options, the risks with each one and the expected results. I’m so happy with the results since she gives each patient what they need not what they want to give them the best natural look they can have.

I’m not registered with the dentists there but may do soon!

I’m definitely going back there and recommended the clinic to family and friends already.

I went to Smileworks for the first time a while ago and I can safely say I will definitely be making them my main dentist. The amount of information given to me was wonderful and I really understood what was going on and what had to happen next. I was impressed by the customer service and helpfulness shown by all members of staff

This was my first experience of getting fillers. I got tear trough and cheek fillers by MJ. I'm very happy with the results, they look natural and flawless and make you look younger and more rested.

From initial booking to my appointment I have had a positive experience with Smileworks. The checkup was far more thorough than I have had from an NHS dentist before. My teeth need several procedures to be done, which is going to work out expensive, hopefully not too much in excess of NHS charges. Just a small niggle: I would have liked to have paid with AMEX rather than MasterCard.

Spent an hour with MJ this morning and she was amazing. Incredibly personable and puts you at ease straight away. Her ability to explain your options was really clear and her shinning personality makes it easy to ask questions, without feeling you are being stupid. It was my first visit and I would recommend anyone to book a consultation - the team are super friendly. Thank you again MJ for all your advice today...see you soon.

Smileworks liverpool is the most friendliest and down to earth place. You get good advice, friendly service and expert treatment. Iwent forno surgical nose job and it was amazing. absolutley no pain at all. well worth it. I wouldnt go anywhere else now. MJ , Rhianne and Katy are the most helpful friendliest people you could meet. They all look after you really well. The hygeine during this pandemic is great. very well organised

Amazing from start to finish! MJ is so knowledgeable and the level of detail explained throughout is very reassuring. Even my injector said it was the best course she'd ever done. Couldn't recommend her enough.

Really disappointing experience. Spent thousands and teeth did not result in being straight as the braces were clearly removed too soon.
I went back to them a total of 3 times expressing my discontent. They kept brushing it off and saying refusing to treat my case further. Low and behold I went to another dentist who confirmed to me that the braces had indeed been taken off too soon (far too soon to allow all of my teeth to align) and that they weren't straight and not what he would expect of a private brace service. I have now had to fork out for at-home aligners to correct the problem they left me with, despite me trusting them with thousands. Do not put faith in them, they are not particularly strong - perhaps it was just my dentist that wasn't experience enough, but that being said, smileworks did not want to ever admit the error
