Massive 5* stars to Dr. Eduardo and all the lovely Team at Smileworks for my Braces Treatment. From the very beginning when I went for my consultation to now 2 years later when I am about the get my braces off I have had the best experience with Eduardo and all the Team.

They are all so friendly and make you feel comfortable in every appointment. I had braces when I was younger and I can say with 100% confidence that my experience at Smileworks has been 1000% better – more time, dedication and attention has gone into getting my teeth to how I want them. I do not have a bad word to say, 5 star experience start to finish.

They also offer great flexible ways to pay which as well has made the process more financially affordable for me.

I will be continuing with one of Smileworks standard memberships even after my braces come off as the experience has been fantastic!

I had my braces treatment done by Dr. Eduardo Banito. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful during the whole treatment (of over 8 months). I would 100% recommend him and the smileworks clinic. My teeth result has been amazing after my braces treatment, now my teeth look perfect. The whole team of dentists, dentist nurses and admin team were very firendly and helpful at all times during my visits. Anyone thinking of getting braces please do not hesitate to go to smileworks, it will be a very smooth experience thanks to their amazing quality of care and work.

Ich war bei Dr. Rowland-Warmann wegen eines Fillerproblems (von einem anderen Arzt vor Jahren durchgeführt). Anfang war ich begeistert, mit Ultraschall sah sie sehr viel, war sich beim ersten Termin sicher, dass die Fillerreste HA waren, beim zweiten Besuch - erst nach einem Hinweis von mir - war es dann doch permanenter Filler (was ich auch glaube). Hätte sie als Fillerkomplikations-Expertin eigentlich schon beim ersten Mal erkennen müssen. Sie schickte mich nach London, wo ich um 1200 Euro ein 3D MRT machte, wo interessanterweise nichts rauskam. Ich war irritiert, wussten wir beide doch, dass da etwas unter der Haut war.
Das Enttäuschende folglich war für mich, dass sie dem MRT mehr glaubte als ihren eigenen Ergebnissen - sollte nicht sein - als Expertin auf diesem Gebiet sollte sie darauf bestanden haben, dass da etwas ist. Ich bekam dann als Antwort von der Assistentin, dass sie nichts weiter für mich tun könne….

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment at Smileworks with Eduardo and Faye and couldn't be happier with the results. The staff at Smileworks are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, making each visit a pleasant experience.Throughout the treatment, Eduardo provided clear guidance to ensure everything was progressing as planned. I would like to say big thank you to Eduardo who always look after me. I had my braces few years ago with Dr. Eduardo and I am happy with the results and since then, every time when there is a problem, he is the first one to offer help and fix the problem. I have referred two of my friend and one of them finished her invisible line course few months ago and she is also very happy with the great results and hard work he has done. If you are considering having invisible line or braces, I do recommend to go and see him.

Wow this place the staff are all lovely been seeing J K the last 6 months preparing my implants with gum grafts the treatment I have had off J K is next to none he has explained everything he has been doing along the way I have done exactly what he has told me he is so professional it’s untrue . If you need implant see this guy he’s the best got my implants in today they are amazing thank you J K your the best

After years of hating the way my teeth looked, I booked in for a consultation and when I saw the mock up of how my teeth would look, my mind was made up. I had a course of boutique whitening done, then my composite bonding done by Brian and the whole process was fantastic from start to finish. I'm so happy with my new smile now.

I wanted braces for 30 years until I finally had the opportunity to get them done, and I couldn’t ask for a more amazing dentist! Eduardo is friendly, honest, helpful, always welcoming and caring, he looked after me from begging to end, fixing every single detail, making sure all was perfect and I was happy, he gave me the smile i always wanted, he is not after your money but after giving you the smile and confidence you always wanted, I 100% recommend Eduardo if you thinking in getting braces xxx

The service was extremely poor. I became a client based on a friend's suggestion, but apart from the exorbitant prices, their sole concern seems to be pushing you towards bankruptcy. I had a treatment plan (2 fillings and a hygiene appointment) that no one bothered to inform me had a 3-month expiration date ( haven't experienced something like this before ...). I paid for the initial visit and the first filling (a whopping 300£) and decided to postpone the second filling due to its minor nature and financial constraints. Six months later, I returned due to slight discomfort only to discover that my plan had expired, necessitating a new appointment and check-up. Another 70£ down the drain as their client...great. The appointment lasted a mere 10 minutes, during which nothing was done - no scans, no treatment - just a quick look in my mouth and a recommendation for a hygiene appointment (145£) followed by fixing the issue (220£, up from the previous 210£ due to the delay). I paid 85£ for the hygiene but had to cancel last minute due to work commitments. When I called to reschedule and requested to prioritize the urgent treatment over the hygiene, I was asked to pay 50% of the remaining amount to secure my booking, despite already having paid 85£. It felt as though I was being accused of trying to evade payment. I will complete my treatment with them due to the money already invested, but I will definitely be seeking a new dentist afterwards as this experience has been truly awful. I've completely forgot , at the last session, had the anesthetic, but one of the tools didn't work so they kept me for 15 minutes waiting on the chair, with all the things into my mouth,until they fixed the problem....unreal...

I go for regular facials with becca she makes it a lovely relaxing environment and my skin is on point! She is a very friendly chatty lady who just puts you at ease

Absolutely fantastic service! From start to finish..the girls on the front desk are so professional and helpful.. Zarmina is just amazing. She took the time on the consultation to find out exactly what I wanted. I had composite bonding and just wow!! Completely changed how I feel and look! So so so happy!

I'm nearly at the end of my invisalign treatment with the fantastic Eduardo, he's been brilliant with me from the start, explaining every step in thorough detail which put my initial nerves at ease. Eduardo is fantastic, he explains everything all the time and in detail, he is very good at his job, i would highly recommend him if you need braces

I had an orthodontic consultation with Eduardo and Emily and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. They made me very comfortable, explained everything so thoroughly, answered all my questions. You could tell that they are experts in what they do. They created a friendly atmosphere. I am looking forward to having my braces fitted by them.

I had permanent fixed braces fitted March 2023 by Ana. These were in for 9 months. Ana was amazing and cannot recommend her enough. The support she gave me throughout was outstanding. I can finally smile with confidence. I actually cried happy tears when my braces were removed in December 2023.
Eduardo also supported me with some of my treatment when Anna wasn’t available and he was also outstanding. Always made sure I was ok throughout the treatment and reassured me.
