Faulty Vape

My original vape wouldn't turn off within a month of receiving it.
I contacted customer services who required video proof of the fault plus the code on the box and receipt. Fair enough.
After reading these reviews, I feel extremely lucky that I received a replacement! However, this one is doing the same thing! The instructions state that pressing 5 times in quick succession will turn vape on. Long hold to vape and then 5 presses to turn off. Its not turning off and I seem to have to do numerous times of 5 presses to get it on. I've also had to charge it for half hour to get it to work despite 3 lights flashing which mean charge is full. A very frustrating process and a waste of charging battery just coz it won't turn off.
Although I am grateful for the replacement, I was hoping it would work properly.
I would not recommend this product. I have given 2 * because customer service sent me a replacement.

This company and brand is HORRIBLE

This company and brand is HORRIBLE. The vape store said I had to take it up with the manufacturer and guess what??? The manufacturer said there’s nothing they can do about faulty coils because they aren’t under warranty. I have had 3 faulty coils within the past 2 weeks. Now I am not poor by any means, but I am not wealthy either. I think $4.77 a coil is a little steep especially if you are changing them every 3 days OR if you put them in and they are faulty at the getgo. Depending on the coil, i may need to change after 2 days. I mean REALLY? And the other coils are just as bad. I put it in and immediately it says OHMS too low. Well this is faulty. And so now I am out $15.00. And nothing I can do about it. If this persists, I may not out a lot more. Very VERY frustrating. Get it together and start making good products or no one will buy from you again.

I was sold a faulty tank that leaked…

I was sold a faulty tank that leaked fluid. When I went back to where I purchased the tank the following day with receipt in hand I was told there is nothing that can be done??? I then emailed Smok customer service and they blamed it on a faulty Mod. What a joke this company will sell faulty products and does absolutely nothing to help resolve issues!! Please look forward in the future to see the emails this company sent!!

Worst product of all time

Worst product of all time. Very leaky device. Looks good but you will get the worst experience if you buy Smok products. I tried three different devices but all devices are low quality products although prices are high. Very leaky, Within three month, batteries door is loose. Batteries drain fast. You name it. I will never buy any products from Smok ever again.

I bought the Novo 5 in September… here…

I bought the Novo 5 in September… here it is December and it stopped working. I emailed them with all proof they requested and even though the item comes with warranty; I have to come out of my own pocket to pay for shipping the item back & also pay to get a form printed out. Instead of just sending a replacement as they rightfully should… I’m expected to jump through hoops when they’re the ones manufacturing defective products. I will NEVER buy a single item from this company ever again. I just threw the Vape in the garbage.

Nord 4 total rubbish

Nord 4 total rubbish. Been using the Smok X for years, when it went wrong I upgraded (laughingly) to the Nord 4. It leaks, lucky to get a full day from the coils, can't see the liquid level.
Given up on it. Leave it where it is. Really poor.

Smok Nord 5

My first Smok vape was good. I was happy. It eventually died. Since then I have experienced a decreasing quality in design, culminating in this latest dire edition the Nord 5. While the vape experience itself is what you'd expect, the design of the tank is dreadful. Filling is horrendous as the opaqueness makes it almost impossible to see when it is filling up. Not that that would make any difference as, the actual process of filling it even half way causes leaks all over. The design is terrible. When the tank is getting close to needing refilling there are also leaks.
I contacted customer service about these issues and was absolutely disgusted by the response I received. They practically gave me a step by step guide on how to fill a vape tank. Not only was this extremely patronising but they were dodging any responsibility by pushing the blame back onto the customer, who, apparently, doesn't know how to fill a vape tank. I will never buy from Smok again. Disgusted with their products and their customer service.

Worst vape ever

Worst vape ever! Leaks out from day 1. I used it like an ice-cream one with a napkin wrapped around but then realized that I was wasting precious juice. Although they claim to provide a replacement if purchased within 6 months (mine was just under 3 months) but they said that the leakage issue was not convered in that warranty. Boo hiss!

Don't buy

Brought the SMOK Nord 2 , 2 days before flying out on holiday to Turkey. I burnt out both the coils in the 1st 2 days just by being in my pocket lucky enough I took a cheap reliable 88VAPE with me as you can't get a vape pen in Turkey for love or money. On return I bought some coils for the Nord 2 and had a chance to use it and yes like most of the reviews it leaks no matter what you try it leaks and I make sure of having to turn it off when putting in my pocket do not purchase. Get 3 88VAPE pens for the same price.

No not buy Smok Products they are designed to fail with no customer service

I have had 2 different Smok mods in the last 2 years (species 2 and the R-kiss 2), both Mods suddenly stopped working after not being used for a month even with brand new batteries (won’t charge or power on).
Smok customer services replying that it was due to not being used causing the electronics to break down as apparently all electronics need a permanent power source at all times to stop them malfunctioning even though they are bought without any power source. The company doesn’t care about issues with there products and have zero respect or care for their customers.

DO NOY BUY SMOK!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

So id never go so far as to write a review but ive had it with smok. I bought 2 rpm 5 for myself and my wife both broke within 2 weeks no to mention they leaked from almost day 1 then bought 2 nord 4 really liked them but again about a month in mine broke. Now as a cheap emergency one i got a smok nord pro and not even a day has gone by and the thing is leaking and theres a burning smell as well as it stops firing while im hitting it. I dont care how cheap they are DO NOT BUY SMOK!!!! THEY ARE CHEAP AND CRAP. then you call for the warranty and they make you pay to ship it back the want proof of purchase in the form of a receipt. I tried to shoe them an email receipt and they only wanted original paper one which i didnt get due to "paperless" option. Seriously i absolutely despise smok now. They refuse to help you or wanna make things right. Ive spent hundreds for nothing.

Bought the RPM 4 in December 2022 used…

Bought the RPM 4 in December 2022 used it as a back up maybe 20 times now it won't turn on at all it charges. 6 month warranty and they won't help at all. I have purchased Novo, Novo x , Novo 4, Novo2 and love their devices not anymore I will find another company

The smok novo 5 is the worst vape

The smok novo 5 is the worst vape iv ever owned. Brand new pods completely empty into your pockets if tipped over slightly, it constantly spits juice no matter the settings. Overall 2/10 dont waste your money

Smok Acro. Religious user turned foe

Used to be a religious user of the Smok Acro. Had 4 devices total. After the first the quality has gone down drastically. First model worked for a year and half. On my 4th device now and it’s lasted 1 month. My second decide lasted a 5 month backpacking trip with me thru South America and when I got back thing looked like Frankenstein and still worked. 3rd and 4th devices are trash. No customer support from Smok themselves after 3 emails, other reviews say they won’t even help if I even finally do get an answer back. If they do offer to look at the device I have to pay to ship it back and forth 🤦‍♂️ Will be going with another brand from now on

I have the Smok Novo 4

I have the Smok Novo 4. I’ve had it for several months and it’s been great. Recently dropped it in the bathtub and it messed up for a few hours. Battery light was flashing like it was charging when it wasn’t. I thought it was going to stop working, then it started working again like normal and has been fine ever since. My other vape that was a different brand, quit working after a little rain hit it. My Smok vape has been great!!! Durable, battery lasts a while, hits great and affordable.
