Second geek morph 2 burnt out over night. Timed out and won't work again. They are a fire risk. I'm getting a refund to buy another decent vape. Avoid buying from smok it's all rubbish and dangerous

Worst customer service ever

Device faulty, won’t let me claim on warranty, despite being eligible. The customer service is slow, they only reply every three days and after a month I am still trying to sort this out. I’ve asked this to be escalated, but been ignored at least 6 times now! I’m pretty sure only one person named Amber works there, and her service is shocking. If you too see Amber at amok support, more than likely I am correct. Okay products, but terrible, terrible customer service. Should be very simple to use the products warranty. Spoiler: it’s not.

Bought one NEVER again

Bought one, but never again. Complained to the seller, but they did nothing.
SMOK V2 is the worse ever used, has poor standards, will not switch on, and leaks. This has made me stop vaping so if they want to take credit for that, then so be it.

Faulty vape only 2 months old went…

Faulty vape only 2 months old went through the process of warrant claim and I was told by chat I would revive a replacement vape in 20 days. It’s been 40 days now and still no sign of it!
I’ve always used smok products now I’m thinking it’s time to change!

DO NOT waste your money . I've purchased the Nord 4 . It stopped working within 3 days, would stick on power lock ,Then not switch back on.,attempt after attempt. Eventually got it to power up , it has 99% battery . Took a puff and Then burnt out 3 new coils straight !! Even though correct coils and l left each coil 15 mins to soak up liquid before using ..Then it just would not turn on again. So I bought a NORD X. Exact same thing happened , it lasted 3 WEEKS!!
AWFUL COMPANY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Could not get a reply from anyone after 7 attempts !! They do not honour their warranty . Most contact applications are dead links !! Trading standards need to kick this company in line for continuously selling faulty goods, I have written to Trading standards. Smok I see now has a totally abysmal reputation but still is allowed to continue Ripping people off on a daily basis with fault and sometimes dangerous ( people getting burnt) something need to be done about Smok !!
I'm disabled and on a vary low Income. I'm extremely upset by the whole experience and loss of over £70 for faulty caped plus 2 packs of coils at £13 each

This product is really bad do not buy it you can’t fill the pods properly you can never tell what it’s low on juice only by the burning taste that you know it’s empty and it leaks all the time what a waste of money I’m throwing it in the bin and going for something better

Still no replacement received, customer service is a complete joke no professionalism whatsoever last email I sent - response we already replied. Em your missing the point I still don't have my replacement after my first failed after 2weeks they must think we have £££ to just let slip.

The worst company I have ever dealt with.

Put a warranty claim in took about 2 months for the process to be auctioned, was told replacement was sent middle of July and to date not received.

Contacted customer service who are totally untrained by the sounds of it - response from skok as follows,

Maybe someone in the property has refused delivery.

Sometimes problem with delivery if so will be returned to hungry.

Email responses from smok are very cheeky.

Never again will I purchase a smok product do I advise anyone to avoid.

What I don't get why cant they have a uk centre that can dispatch a warrant claim or give a credit to the value to use in a uk recognised store.

NO HELP, CANT DO A WARRANTY CLAIM BECAUSE WHEN TRYING TO UPLOAD A VIDEO IT JUST SPINS!

I've been trying to email them! Yes that is my email, but no matter what I do during our conversations, they never helped me. I finally figure out to submit a warranty and when you go to upload a video it just spins and spins and I've logged out and re-logged in. Tried doing it and logged out and it won't upload the video!!! The video SIZE is 42 MB'S WHICH IS under their "100MB REQUIREMENT!!!" The NORD X BROKE AND WOULDNT CHARGE SO I BOUGHT THE NORD 4 which was bought on august the 15th and broke on September the 16th...

EXACTLY ONE MONTH AND A DAY... AND FOR THE SAME REASON I CAN'T CHARGE IT WHATSOEVER!

AND NO HELP TO GET A NEW ONE OR SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM!!!

Bad Company

My smok ecig broke just less than 3 months of use. I contact customer service and they promise me they will send me new one in about 3-4weeks. 2 months ago. Not received anything.

Terrible Company

Terrible company with terrible customer service. Their products break within a year and they refuse to do anything about it. They told me sorry for the inconvenience and have a nice day. Claire Liu was very unhelpful. I will never buy from this shady company again.

Five LP1 coils in a row were burnt…

Five LP1 coils in a row were burnt before starting to vape. After inserting a new coil and fueling it i waited 15-20 min. But theese coils are terrible, juice doesnt soak in. they are made not right!

Bought the Nord 4 what a big mistake…

Bought the Nord 4 what a big mistake that was its bearly 4 months old and the filler cap has failed on both pods (snapped off) , one of the magnetic buttons has fallen out and gone missing never again, this is the second one I've purchased and the first one was a great vape, not sure why they would decrease in quality... never again

Lousy warranty policy

Novo2: Was OK for a while, then the battery stopped charging. You have to jump through a dozen hoops to get service and if you tossed your purchase receipt you're SOL. Website says this:Before you submit warranty claim, you need prepare below materials:
a. A picture of receipt or purchase proof
b. A picture of anti-fake label
c. A video or picture to show the problem of vape
Upload a video of me vaping? Bull. Can you tell from the wording this product ain't made in the 'ole USA? Convenient size and no switches/buttons to accidentally turn on, but if you won't make it easy for customers to return a defective product, then you're product gets one star only. BTW, the retail store said they can't take it back - must contact Smok.

For the last 5/6 years I've been trying…

For the last 5/6 years I've been trying out various vapes. Many of which have been Smok. I can say with confidence I never had a smok device that didn't (free speach was hindered from this goofy website.) tick me off. The most recent arcfox tfv18 combo is as awful and leaky as the old tfv12's. Awful products all around littered with technical issues out of the consumers control. I recommend you use any company other than this one.

I am disappointed in Smok

I am disappointed in smok. Tfv12 cloud beast king tank is leaking and nothing helps. My other smok tank won't unscrew it just spins because my r-kiss mod has it's 510 connection loose. Im not going to buy smok's products again.
