A friendly, efficient service from start to finish from Natalie for health insurance. It's a bit of a minefield to understand the different policies and complete the paperwork so it was great to get expert advice. I'd highly recommend SMP and Natalie if you need advice, it was all very non pushy and price wise no more expensive than going to a health insurance provider directly.

As someone with a hearing impairment I can't fault the services of SMP Healthcare Ltd., Lianne and her colleagues went above and beyond expectations helping me make an insurance claim for an urgent operation for my Mum. They were very understanding and kept me updated on developments between the insurance company and the TAVI surgeon. This would have otherwise have been a stressful situation to deal with, as it is my Mum is recovering well 3 weeks after her operation. There's no doubt that without the help and support from Lianne and her team things would have been very different - particularly now with NHS under so much pressure. If you can afford it make private healthcare a priority.
