Horrible company to deal with paid…
Horrible company to deal with paid every month without fail paid my 2nd last payment early so that ment the next payment still came out meaning that was the last payment paid may i add so on the app and on my bank it was all paid in full i cancelled DD on my bank and now there calling me saying ow them money etc etc when it clearly states in black and white its payed !

We made sure our payments were made every month, never missed single one.
A few weeks ago my family and I suffered a tragic fire at our home, took everything we owned, we had the clothes we were left standing in, contacted snap finance who basically told me, we don't care you are homeless and your home is now a pile of ash, we will hold your account for 30 days but it will go into arrears, that's not putting the account on hold is it? They showed no compassion or empathy all they are interested in is their money, disgraceful

Yes I have been in touch with customer services and no, no resolution was reached, so now snap finance are liars too

Easy to get..but be very careful.
Easy to get... not so fun paying back. I paid my loan in full & cancel my DD.. didn't realise 1 payment wasn't made prior to cancellation & dealt with it within a week as soon as notified. Paid the loan months early but they've hit me with a missed payment on my credit file.. I'm livid... Update 11/10 still waiting on their email & solution 🙄
