Greg at SNO was absolutely fantastic in helping us organise an upcoming half-term ski holiday for a group of 12, which is no small task. He pulled everything together smoothly and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and well managed. His communication was excellent throughout - always quick to respond, clear with details, and incredibly patient with all our questions and changes. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone planning a ski trip.

Fantastic service from Richard at SNO, quick responses to my emails which was super helpful with such a last minute booking. Booked Wednesday traveled Sunday! Everything went very smoothly and we had a fantastic time away at Christmas. I would definitely book with them again!

I had amazing experience with SNO, especially George who called me back and listened carefully to my skiing holiday requirements. Based on that he gave me great options and once I was ready to book he took me step by step through the process. I will definitely book with SNO again !

SNO SKI excellent service
Have used SNO SKI before and found both times excellent service. Listens to our needs and suggests resorts that suit our list of requirements. Very patient with us as can take some time to make decisions. We have used the SNO ski holidays booking platform twice and it has been easy/simple to use both times. Calvin especially has been great. Would recommend. We'll be using SNO/Calvin again in 2026/2027.
