I found Snobodi products to be of a very high quality. The sweatshirts I purchased were thick but light and the fleece lining felt soft, cosy and warm against the skin. The front pocket has a secret pocket inside, which I find to be very secure for my phone and cards, this was a pleasant surprise when I found it, great idea. I would highly recommend these products and I shall be purchasing more in the future. Thank you to all at Snobodi.

Excellent product. Bought the waterproof hoodie in pink and black. We are on the Isle of Man so we have plenty wet conditions. I had been a little sceptical re how waterproof. It hasn’t disappointed great for wearing out walking the dogs. Delivery was really fast it arrived within a week. Again a great surprise as we can take a week for a letter to arrive from the other side of our island. Would highly recommend these hoodies. It’s my go to in the cold or the wet or the cold and wet. Love it. Thank you for such an excellent product.

I’ve been living in my snobodi hoodies since they arrived. I have a black one for dog walks, tonnes of zip pockets for all the doh walk paraphernalia I need to take, super warm and cosy ( even in the UK winter!) and no worries if it rains, as it’s weather proof too. I get complements all the time.

The cream one I reserve for in the house and out and about. It’s such great quality and those pockets mean I don’t even have to take a bag out.

Highly recommend you grab yourself at least one of these and the price means that they won’t break your bank account either. I have a feeling they’ll last for years too

This company is a scam. I placed an order on 29th October, paying extra for express shipping. We are now 3 weeks later and it still hasn't been shipped. Despite multiple exchanges with their customer support, not solution was provided except for a miserable $5 refund of the difference between express and standard shipping. I have requested a refund which has been refused and they encourage me to return it once I receive it. Guess what, if I ever receive it we will have past the 30 days return policy and I will need to pay the shipping to return it.
I now sent a formal letter of demand for a refund, which will result in legal complaint if not executed.

Run away from this company!

Honestly these bodies are like no other. Premium quality and performance. Have all the good features and the waterproofing is Incredible. Can’t recommend enough.

Love how it fits so well and sizing was easy by how they show it, made it so easy so can be confident in the way its going to fit perfect. The pockets are so nice hidden away and comfortable, its acuty very light and can be worn anywhere rate it so hight compared to my other hodies. Look awesome on the snow or in any place you go value for money in my books.

From looking at the products on offer to choosing what I needed was so easy. The description of the products was informative & gave me insight as to which hoodie or jacket I needed. The colour choices was great & knowing that this product is Australian owned & from people that are actually in winter sports was great. The material is lovely & soft, great fit, loose but comfortable, & its very well made.
My order was easy to place & i recieved it in great time. I had updates regarding my order & delivery. I am very happy with the products I recieved & im sure the 2 hoodies i also purchased as gifts will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Guys for a great product !!

Awesome hoodies got one to try loved it that much ordered another two straight away they arrived today. I love how the pocket has a zip on both sides and then the pocket hidden it the main pocket also with a zipper truly an amazing idea. From how warm the product is to every little detail put into such a main stream peace of clothing Snobodi have set the bar so high I don’t think it can be improved on

This is such an amazing product. It has already been used by me and the kids in the Scottish snow! The company are great, really responsive when messaged and ship out really quickly from literally the other side of the world. Definitely recommend

This business advertises products as “in stock” and “ready to ship”, yet weeks after placing my order I had still not received a dispatch notice. When I requested an update, they admitted to a backlog of 7–14 business days. I attempted to cancel my order because the delay rendered it useless—something I would never have purchased had I known upfront. Customers are entitled to receive goods within a reasonable timeframe, particularly when charged extra for “in stock” items and express shipping. My request for cancellation and refund was refused.

Despite this, the company continues to list items as “in stock” and “ready to ship”, which in my experience does not reflect the actual delivery timeframe.

I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC and will also be raising this matter with other relevant regulatory bodies.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from Snobodi. Consumers should look to businesses that are transparent, and reliable.

Ordered on Halloween night and came today 18/11. Yes it took a little longer than advertised but it was coming half way across the world to Ireland from Australia I wasn’t expecting next day delivery. I ordered the venture hoodie and it is very cosy.
I wouldn’t be ordering if I was going skiing next week. I’m not going till the end of February but I ordered now because some of the reviews said it can take months. But 18 days isn’t too bad considering where it came from.

Purchased a hoodie on the 8th November as there advertised for cold weather and rain and such. Paid for the faster shipping method. It's been 10 days almost and still hasn't been shipped. Complained to them and they said they had an "influx" of orders but haven't put this anywhere on their site. I wouldn't of ordered if I'd of known as I need it for my holiday on the 21st. Asked for a refund as it hasn't been shipped and they refused. Going to see if I can take it further but this company are a joke.

SCAM SCAM SCAM do not buy from this company . they will take your money & state your get your delivery sometime in the future !!

I feel pretty stupid that I've been suckered in on this, normally very cautious . Don't waste your money, go to a reputable business .

Here I am nearly 4 weeks later , no hoodie , no comms , nothing !!
They have blocked me to stop what they said orginally scam reviews , trust me this isn’t one .

TL;DR: They disabled free shipping during a sale event and still advertised it, are not issuing a tax invoice that discloses their ABN, will not issue a refund and are dodging my emails.

My experience has been extremely frustrating. Their “free shipping over $200” policy is misleading as the website says it applies to domestic orders, but I was later told it didn’t because they turn it off during sales (which feels ick, and the only mention of that is hidden under the international shipping header and NOT on their Shipping page, wildly unclear).

I also requested a proper tax invoice with their ABN weeks ago and still haven’t received one but I was charged GST? Communication has been slow and evasive, with the response rate slowing down dramatically once I asked for this tax invoice which feels so incredibly sus.

Taking the money from my card before shipping my ordered items. Non responsive in costumer service while asking about the shipment. Only answered 1 time and then went silent. Getting my bank to pull the money B. Scammer site.

Ordered and paid on the 11th is September. Hoodie never arrived. After I asked about it they said it would be sent again. Still no hoodie, and they have refused a refund instead offering ‘store credit’. Completely awful customer service, possibly a scam!?

Placed order on 29-10-2025 and payed extra to get it shipped now. Week passed heard nothing, saw nothing… The order didn’t arrived.. I wrote an email to seek for some answers- no response. What an unprofessional service. Would be nice to have it as promised shipped when I ordered…
I still hope I’ll get my order and this review will serve its purpose as learning lesson to SNOBODI.

Obsessed with my new Snobodi hoodie 😍 the quality is so soft, thick and comfy. It fits perfectly. Definitely my new go-to!
