Ordered 24 solar deck lights from this company. It’s been two weeks and I’ve received nothing. I checked the order and for days it just says in transit. Tracking number doesn’t work for FedEx, UPS or USPS. Their listed business phone always rings busy and no response to emails. They took my money and gave nothing! You couldn’t pay me enough to order anything from them again.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered an item from their website a couple years ago, and the item I received was not at all what was advertised on their website. I contacted them to let them know what I received was not what I ordered, and I was not offered a return or refund but a credit for their website. I used the credit to buy the gift card they had on their website, but when I tried to use it, it wouldn’t work. I contacted the company and after several months of back-and-forth emails, I was essentially told that they have no record of ever offering gift cards on their website, regardless of the fact that I sent them screenshots of the receipt from their website that showed the purchase of the gift card. After proving to them that I did indeed buy the gift card from their website, they told me this is now out of their resolution period and I’m basically out of luck, but I could buy something else off their website for a 15% discount. Sure. That makes sense. Total scam company.

SOLAR LIGHT DEPOT…Chinese company with Connecticut address. flimsy product overpriced cheaply made poor delivery with an automated customer service person with a fake reply for any type of complaint. Bad bad bad.
BEWARE!

I purchased a set of solar lights believing I was going to receive what was advertised, however, what showed up was not as portrayed in photos. I sent them an email concerning the matter and the customer service would not give a full refund and only 15% of a return of the items. I complained that they advertised that the lights showed bigger units. It seems that they used smaller scale fencing and background to make it look bigger than it actually was. After numerous attempts I failed to get my money back. Very crappy experience with them. False/misleading advertising.

TERRIBLE! The products don't match the item. They send cheap imitations. Customer service is non-existent. They stopped answering emails once I complained about the deceptive marketing.

Ordered 8 lights, only got 4 and all are non-functional.

Scam.

We bought the lights to test the performance, and they are less than adequate. Wanted to return them in their original package and they have a policy that unless they are damaged, they don't take any type of return. These lights are nothing more than what you can get on Amazon for less and a great return policy. I tried a different company outside of Amazon hoping for better quality and performance.

I bought $160 worth of fence lights and they don’t even work!! Total rip off. Reviews must be fake. Company is in China.

Scam company. Placed an order a month ago. Never received and no reply from their support email address. Do not order anything from them.

I ordered a Heavy Duty base and Solar powered LED patio umbrella. They sent me a cheap flimsy base from a Chinese company called Henglin and no umbrella, even though their website makes them look like they're based out of Connecticut. They told me items are sometime shipped separately. I waited awhile and asked for a tracking number. They sent me a tracking number but it was for a piece of paper asking me to review their company. When I reached out and told them it wasn't delivered they told me to check my neighbors house and denied sending just a piece of paper. I sent them back the USPS tracking info showing it weighed less than 3 ounces.I've been fighting with them for weeks about where my umbrella is. They only respond once a week and the number for support on their website doesn't work. It's a scam company designed to take your money. Avoid using them.
