Glad the whole experience felt considered from start to finish too as we put a lot of craftmanship into our designs. Feedback like this goes a long way for us, so thank you for sharing Rebecca. 😊

Shocking - do not use
Shocking! Do not buy. We ordered a beautiful dress and something totally different arrived. Then to get a refund we would have to pay the £30+ postage to China.

Please be assured that situations like this are not typical of our business, and we take concerns like yours very seriously.
It’s possible there may have been an issue with delivery or a breakdown in communication, which we are keen to put right. We value every customer and aim to provide a reliable and responsive service at all times, so we sincerely apologise that your experience has not reflected this. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make things right.
Do not buy from this company!
My son ordered from this company nearly 2 months ago and still has not received the hoodie. Status says awaiting fulfilment…. Fulfilment from WHO! Money was taken straight away. Have emailed and in chat box, no replies. There should be a law against this, these little companies who want to be in the “Brand”big league taking peoples money knowing they have no stock is appalling!
