They like to make it seem like you can actually win something, they think they are wise that when you first start playing you will win till you get to £38, £40 being MINIMUM WITHDRAWAL, soon as you hit £38 the same game you have been winning, you will lose till your all the way down and having to play for gems.

I have been playing this game for a couple years now and I'm having the same problem with this game as I was with bubble cash they want me to upgrade and when I try to upgrade they won't let me upgrade they won't give me my money back which isn't a whole lot like I hardly have anything on there but what is on there I won I have emailed them several times was absolutely no response I can't get my money back I can't play the game I can't upgrade because it won't let me and it's like they just shut the whole game down you can't do anything with it without warning or anything

I guest chibi magic solitaire is part of the solitaire family. All the game are a scam. On chibi magic solitaire it say pay out at level 12 when you reach there, then you can't cash out until 24, when you reach there you can't cash out until you get 2500 bucks. Now once you get that you can't cash out until you get to level 40 an you only have 48hrs starting the time you tryed to cash out lol what a pile of bull...t. it's not a legit game you can't directly put a review on it but it's part of this fake ass game. WHAT A SCAM JUST WANT YOU TO DOWNLOAD THE OTHER FAKE GAME

I have had ongoing technical issues with this app, with the most recent experience being a £7 match that froze from the start of the game. After it recorded my score as 0, due to it not allowing me to refresh the deck or move any cards, I contacted customer service expecting a refund on the match. Instead I was told there were no technical issues with the app and they refused to refund my money. After explaining that it’s evident there was a technical issue given the score is 0, they still refused to refund the money. This is how they’re treating a customer who is on the very highest level (99)!! Needless to say I have deleted the app and will be playing elsewhere. I would recommend you don’t waste your money on this game, and play somewhere where your custom is valued and the service reflects that.

I wish I could rate this zero. Same as another user, I chose to deposit my winnings and they took the amount instead. Stay super far away from this scam app!

Rigged to the max. Built up a small balance to play cash games was winning when playing for gems as soon as I started using cash I started losing. Stay away from here

The way the cards move from deck to stacks, then stacks to tables, changes near to the end of cash games. Initially, you're able to tap a card, and it will pop into position where it is next in order. During cash games, as times grow short and your adrenaline is high, cards won't move when tapped. The "tap a card to move it" feature you've been using all along seems to go away. The card will shimmy when tapped, but stay put. It has to be physically highlighted with your finger, and dragged into the desired position. Its a mid-game change in SOP that only happens in cash games, during the highest pressure times, when the most is at stake. Its a dirty programming trick.

They steal your money and refuse to give you a refund

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer support provided by this platform. After depositing a significant amount of money and encountering an issue with my account, I have sent numerous emails over several weeks but have received no meaningful response.

Regardless of the underlying dispute, the complete lack of communication from the company is very concerning. Customers should at least be able to receive a clear explanation or have their concerns reviewed. I hope the company improves transparency and engages properly with customers who need assistance.

I have won money and deposited none and gotten great support when i needed help. Yes there are likely bots but there are in all these games

I played the game last night and won the cash payout 7 times amounting to over $37.00 ,the site kept showing what I won each game, it didn't payout anything to my account. RIPPED OFF!

I added 5$ to my founds and i cant put the date of birth to sing in. Guys if you cant sing in then dont even try to start the game :)

Yesterday I requested £5 withdraw. .The withdrwal charge fee went up to £4 . That's rip off.

This is a scam, they charge you money when they say to deposit your money. 2 times they did this to me.

Worst game chances ever. You need to collect 1200 points to cash in for a free game of Solitaire. Free games cost 20 coins however you may only win 10, so a win is not a real win. It takes a very long time to earn 1200 points when playing for free. Once you reach 1200 points, you might end up in 4th place and win nothing. Now you have to start collecting points again. Playing for money? It is no better. You will win a few hands and then lose it all quickly. IT IS A MONEY MAKING GANE AND ODDS ARE NOT IN YOUR FAVOR.
